FWIW, aside from Jenna's age and probable life inexperience, I'll be glad if he picked her. Not because I like to watch them together or whatever (I've rewatched his date with Hailey too this week a few times) but I'm glad he picked her for all of the reasons that relationships don't work out on the Bachelor/Bette. Hardly, do we ever get a final couple willing to compromise on where to live, who is going to quit their job and find anther one, or who is going to pack and leave their family for the other person. And while most of those couples seem sparkly and in love fresh out of the bubble, it's those months following where these issues usually make or break the relationship. So yeah, I like that he probably picked the beautiful young woman who lives right down the street and can date like a normal couple, who he likes the same football team as, enjoys being on the same lake as, loves the same city, loves the same eateries, etc. and on top of all of that he finds her incredibly attractive and is drawn to her. It was smart of him to explore this post show and I'm glad it seems to be working for them.

With that said, I'm not even going to try and deconstruct Tim and his issues regarding his previous marriage (which I also hope he would have sought counseling for) . Typically, I would be all over this, but now that I know they all read here, I'm hesitant to say much about them! haha Reminds me of that season we went on for pages and pages discussing whether or not Chanal O'brien's boobs were real, come to find out she was reading the whole thing! :shocked!:

Most life lessons can be learned by watching Seinfeld. I think it's time for Larry David to make another television series, I'm sure he's a few more life experiences since then that he could put to film! :yes:

Here's the thing with the editing all along. You have seasoned experienced producers from The Bachelor. I am sure they took good pointers from there into their own careers. Edit has been going back and forth from what people have found behind the scene that isn't even heard of. If Jenna is not the one he picks then they planted Jenna all along. Along with the feathers and anything else we see. There is one phrase there by Tim that makes you wonder. And yes alot of the things with Jenna were vo. When Jenna showed him where she wanted to get married. VO "I mean I'd be happy to get married there if that's where things go BUT". The other thing I find off is Jenna's timing to tell Tim she's falling in love with him. That should be a very private personal thing. Something you do without others around. She's had plenty of time to do that.

Now these are the words from the song when Tim was going up to Sara's.

Typically, I would be all over this, but now that I know they all read here, I'm hesitant to say much about them! haha Reminds me of that season we went on for pages and pages discussing whether or not Chanal O'brien's boobs were real, come to find out she was reading the whole thing!

NOO Noobs. This should be your safe place to say what is on your mind. We should not have to be PC here - "oh they are all lovely people, etc."

I feel like this is MY place to post and say what I want. These are folks who chose to appear on reality tv. No one forced them.
They knew that they would elicit commentary and some of it would not be what they wish to hear. If they voluntarily come to "our place", that exists solely to discuss and dissect these shows , then they ought to be prepared not to be as coddled as they are in their real lives. I'm not their friend or family , after all. If they dont wish to read criticism, then they really ought not be here. period. I dont feel sorry for my opinions or critiques in the least.

I was surprised about one thing - how Tim made out with all the final 3 girls! I thought he said he wishes he wouldn't have kissed so many! WTH!!

Thank you Tigertiz. I agree wholeheartedly. And I appreciate that as I know you probably don't agree with what I wrote.

I often find myself 'editing' what I say here...or putting a happy spin on it. And you're right. We shouldn't have too. This is our place.

If you cast yourself as a 'character' in a 'story.' Then, willingly and COMPLETELY signed away your rights to how your words and image are used...that was your choice in your quest for your 15 minutes. This forum is part of what fame is about.

And a lot of times it sucks. It's also their choice to come here and read it. I would bet that Tim doesn't come here. Ever. He already knows what that's all about.

OK fine tiz, but only because you convinced me. Docnash will probably totally go, "SMH" on me, but here goes!:

I don't think Tim was over what happened with Whitney which makes me wonder if he really did seek counseling. I'm sooo glad it wasn't brought up on the show alot, but I think that there is a part of him that resents himself for not giving up his music career. I don't want to say that he should have never gone looking for love, but in the video they showed on FB of him, he's one melancholy dude. *Sitting at the bar, alone, drinking by himself* makes me think, he still thinks about it... and alot... and it makes him really sad! Sometimes I wonder if there was never any closure with that relationship because I could see as really beneficial for him if Whitney could somehow make him realize it was all for the best and that both will come out better for it. At the beginning of the season I didn't see him feeling that way at all, he gave no indication he would be better off without that relationship. Even though his relationship ended a few years ago, I see him as far in the healing process as Sara. I hope both benefited from this personal journey.

I hate to go too judgmental because he is still with his choice and in love and his mom keeps saying how happy he is. If anything, this relationship will be a good beginning to finding something permanent again. This is probably the first real relationship he has had since his divorce and I hope they don't rush into marriage.

I AM glad though, that he found someone he connected with and in such a strong way that the relationship continues to flourish. He seems like a really good guy (to me anyway).

OH peoples please don't feel like I was trying to sensor anyone!! Sorry, that was more a personal thing for me as I know how I felt when it's happened before. I was mortified about the Chantal thing when it happened. Granted, we were discussing her breasts so.... LOL

Oh, I don't mind discussing body parts. Bring it on. Tim won't mind...he wrote a song about them...didn't he?

And Noob, I agree with everything you wrote. Makes perfect sense. The dude's an Artist. And creatives are usually pretty melancholy. They LIVE in their heads. And it gets dark in there. It takes a certain type of person to deal with that...

Rebound is a good thing. It means you're rebounding.
You usually get shot out to somewhere else you need to get too.
