I'm still WIDE awake due to a major caffeine high from the evening. A girl can't turn down delectably rich triple layer chocolate raspberry torte and Caribou Coffee on Mother's Day, now can she??? Ummmm...because she wouldn't want to hurt the kids/grandkids feelings now would she???

Anything chocolate raspberry sounds delish! I know I am likely to be in the minority here but I see where Ben was coming from relative to his comment about Kari being the target. I totally disagreed with Aly when she was accusing Kari of "making Ben" stop the fight, etc. I think it showed Aly's immaturity as she wasn't letting Ben assume responsibility for his own actions/decisions. Yes, Kari could have insisted that the fight continue as Matt suggested she should have but it was Ben who made the decision just as he did when he pulled Kari to the side as many times as he did.

4. Kari came to his birthday party in Dallas, which he thought it was a nice gesture. The only problem is, she is in a network with all of the girls from the show and she let them all know she was at his birthday party. Needless to say, it didn't go over very well with the girl he chose. The AfterbuzzTV girls said they thought Kari came to the party and messaged the girls on purpose to rub it in their faces. (No, they do NOT like Kari. AT ALL!)

She could have gone to the party and just enjoyed helping him celebrate. It's nice that she wants to remain friends with her ex. But she didnt have to tell the world she was there. She wanted the other girls to know - she wanted to rub their faces in it . It was provocative to tell them all, considering that his F1 couldnt be there, and it's no wonder the other girls do not like her. In my opinion - she's still a bitch. Ben is lucky he is with someone else.

Agreed. I guess the girls don't dislike her that much though as the majority of them recently got together with her - I know Angela did not attend and one other woman but forgot who that was.

Wow Bee, thanks for that interesting info from Ben/AfterBuzz!! Was Kari even invited to his party? She's something else, the show is still on and she does that AND tells all the other girls, not cool.

I always wonder what the bachelor/F1, etc think as they watch these shows back and see some of the things that happened they don't get to see while filming. With the girls on this show, at least they hear 'some' of the things that happen with others from the MM.

watching AfterBuzz commentary and Ben's interview, I finally got a picture of how much producers influence the show. That can be a good excuse for guys to say that they acted on certain way, because of outside powers, or an actual source of deal-breakers.
I mean Ben told us that:
1) dates and places are chosen by the production team (guys give input on where and what they'd like to do)
also the Vegas and the decision that girls "fight" each other wasn't Ben's, that after "ring" they were supposed to have other entertaining activities, but producers decided not to and told Ben that they are cancelling the rest of the day because of "Kari situation". (so who knows how things would evolve otherwise)
2) production encouraged Ben to kiss on the first date (since the other 2 guys before him haven't done any kissing and the producers needed something to show)
3) guys don't see any of the stuff that happens between the girls behind the curtains or on the elimination-night when talking to MM
4) what we already know, there's a bunch of tapes on the floor of scenes we'll never see, like Ben told about the moment he got the connection with Angela, when he spent some time with the girls at their house and she was casually dressed.

Also we can expect next to see:
dates in girls' home towns (F2 probably) and dates in guys' home towns (Tim's aired)

And Ben is indeed gullible, so I'm surprised that a successful career guy can be so "shortsighted" when it comes to relationships.

I thought it was interesting that RFL had hired producers away from TB. I'd like to hear more about that.

Agree! She needs to move on, as does Ben! I'm surprised he thought it was even ok for her to be there in the first place.
Wow, lots of info, thanks Ben! I'm going to have watch it to see the girls reaction to what he said, I can just imagine!
