The board is missing out on the skills of folks who frankly INVENTED show sleuthing and who taught it to many others.

I hope like so many on here we can come to a way that we all can have our say but do it without loss of respect, censorship, having posts deleted for reasons we are never told, and enjoy this crazy show once again.

I'm wouldn't touch the fangirl issue with a 10 foot pole but I really like the bold part. This is so true and makes me sad. When I saw CSW post the other day I nearly squee-ed and quickly checked in to see what she had to say. I have already reached out via PM to see if Blondiegal was okay since I haven't seen her post in forever. I have no idea what happened to Bloomers.

In lieu of this new information, I think the exclamation point with the lock on it must mean: I am reporting this post as it has the key to my heart. No? Meaning you strongly agree with the post? No??

Gosh everyone, with all the tragedy in day to day life--do we really have to report each other to the mods here?? Really? I would never expect in a group of 4000 members for us all to see I to I (yes, that was intentional) or like all 4000 members, but can't we just be respectful of the members here and move on if there is something we don't agree on??

After following your posts for the past few days, I must say thumbsup

I like all your rational, articulate, respectful discussions even though I do consider myself a fan at this point. As a newbie, my hats off to the veteran posters above. Don't let the fanatics kill your guilty pleasure (at the end of the day, that's what it is).

I've alway thought the exclamation point buttons were a special thing only the mods had access to and then I was kinda sad I didn't have more buttons to play around with. Little did I know anyone could use them. Well now that I know what they are for I definitely won't be touching them with a ten foot pole.

IMHO, some people who are clicking the exclamation marks are really just making it harder for the Mods (San and Love) because I'm sure once someone flags a post, it goes to the mods & they'll have to moderate it. Save 'reporting to the mods' for REAL problems (vicious attacks, derogatory comments, etc.) and not just because you disagree with someone or how they come off. There are only 2 moderators and they already do tons - don't complicate their lives! Just my 2 cents.
