I think he just wanted to see if Tierra could get along with at least one woman and, most of all, get his sister's opinion of her. jmo

Because if she disliked Tierra it would be even easier to let her go. Or maybe he has a sick sense of humor and wanted to see Shay go after Tierra hard core to expose what she's really like. I just don't think he was that into her.

As he told her, he thought all the girls were great, but he was concerned about Tierra's inability to get along with them and wanted to get Shay's read on the situation.
