I disagree. I used to work with someone who wouldn't say hi or good morning or even speak to me unless she absolutely had no choice, and it was one of the most uncomfortable environments ever.

My take on Tierra is she is not actually a mean hearted person out to get people but this environment is too much for her insecurities, fears and emotions... her need to be in control and get what she wants through manipulation and drama is brought out even more in this situation and she obviously has issue's!

She hasn't done anything that terrible but she is just generally obviously not right for Sean and I think it's frustrating for the girls when he wont or doesn't want to see it. That being said i don't care for her and i'm glad she's going for her sake and Seans!

I actually feel sorry for her!

Or maybe them all are standing out in some way... It it a very confusing environment I would think. But I do get what you're saying.
