Oh one more thing .. His body language with Ashlee was horrendous...

Robyn Ross has a new article up with answers from CH...

He says AshLee's intensity will be an issue and Sean remains in a Tierra trance. I wonder how much of his time and energy was still focused on her at this time? It appears to be a lot. Perhaps that's why Catherine and even Lindsay get so little time now.

CH says that Sean really likes girls that can let go and enjoy the moment. To me his final choices of Catherine and Lindsay make a lot of sense. Based on social media, they both seem to be girls that can let go and have fun.

And I definitely agree on your last point.

I'm loving Sean even if he knows about the crazies or not. He's such a great man.. I can see all the girl's falling for him at some point. I love his kind heart and gentle soul. I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy they picked him to be the Bach this season.

Though I agree, it is feeling eerily similar to Brad's season where it took until episode 6 for Em to fully trot into the light. After the fact, we learned that the show was simultaneously deconstructing the final couple by laying on thick Brad's affairs with the other ladies all the while encouraging the ATFR wedding! Weasels! They wanted Emily badly as the Bette. So they hid the love story intentionally, playing on Emily's insecure nature by showcasing Brad's steamy chemistry and connection with Chantal. It worked to create havoc in the relationship but didn't do the trick by the ATFR.

The difference here is that the angle this season is that Sean falls for multiple girls, making his way through the Forest of Crazy Birds on his way to Normal City. They are telling us and his F1 , "Listen, it's gonna be until hell freezes over before we put you two front and center for all the world to see the magic." I'm hoping that the bond is so strong and natural after his journey through Cuckooville that we're all sobbing over it. Too much? ;)

We'll see what happens!

I kind of like the more normal dates. I feel like they actually let you get to know the person and not just get caught up in all the magic. Plus, they probably spent too much money on relocating to Charlotte for Emily.

I love Texas and kind of wish this season had been filmed in Dallas. It would have been fun to see Sean take the girls to a KSU football game and see them trying to fit into his real life.

I see your point and totally agree with you about that, but my point was that Sean too deserved the more over the top dates just as much as Emily or any of the others did. I just kinda felt like they scaled back on Sean and felt it wasn't fair. KWIM? I hope I explained myself better this time. ; ) LOL

I find this season's dates far more interesting than Emily's season. If I never see another picnic on this show it will be too soon. If I guy wanted to close down Six Flags for me for a day, I definitely wouldn't complain.

And Lindsey Y isn't redeeming herself much in my book yet either. At least she dialed back the crazy after the first night, but she still seems way too young and...yeah.

Still not getting why AshLee seems so young given she's one of the oldest girls there...something about her strikes me so immature for some reason (I'm sure she's great in real life, though)

I do like Sean, though!

That brings up another thing I noticed. Why on earth was it so dark for Sean's and Lindsey's talk like it was last week with his and Lesley's talk? Cutting back on camera's? LOL Yeah, I really like Sean, too and agree with all your points above.

They certainly stayed in LA longer this season than in the past few, but I don't see that as a bad thing. He still gets some pretty cool dates out of it, especially the Joshua Tree one next week which would pretty much be my dream date. And they did go to some awesome places in the process from Canada to the Caribbean to Thailand.

P.S. I agree with northy's astute observation that, by the time Sean and Cat make out in their igloo, Lindsey Lohan will seem like a great Bachelorette next to the other drama queens. It sorta is following the path of Ash's season, except instead of one person, the scene stealer is Drama with a capital "G" for "girls gone nutso." They are really good girls though.

Just finishing up watching. I really like Lesley and she continues to be my favorite. Still really like Desiree & Sarah also.

I don't think I'll ever come around to liking Lindsay. She comes across as so young, especially her voice. I'm not feeling Ashlee either.

I think Sean's doing a pretty good job overall. Gotta support the local guy I guess. :Nod:

I'm rewatching this now that it's live out west and I can watch it on TV and not on the computer (especially since that second feed was so choppy and was skipping in and out, at least for me) - man is Sean SO transparent when he is turned off by someone.

When Kacie comes to him about Des/Amanda before she even goes into what's going on and she's only gotten as far as about 15 seconds into it and if I didn't come to you "this would come between us" you can see his eyes change.

He sort of looks off, he looks distant, you can just see the lights go on and he's like get me OUT of here!

Now if only he'd do that with Tierra and Amanda sooner than later! I still can't believe how long it takes him to catch on to Tierra, especially. I have to think that's more producer driven than not.

I think it was nice that Sean took Kacie out and explained to her outside why he was sending her home and didn't do it in front of the girls when he couldn't talk with her more, especially since they got interrupted during the pre-RC time.

I wonder if Sean's transparency is why we have several girls going home of their own accord?
