I kind of like the more normal dates. I feel like they actually let you get to know the person and not just get caught up in all the magic. Plus, they probably spent too much money on relocating to Charlotte for Emily.

I love Texas and kind of wish this season had been filmed in Dallas. It would have been fun to see Sean take the girls to a KSU football game and see them trying to fit into his real life.

According to RS the final 4 is Des, Ash, Linds, Cat in that order of elimination. Des goes after home towns, etc.

Tierra loses it in St. Croix (Ep. 7) and leaves which is the same week Lesley apparently is eliminated.

I think that would have been really cool! The dates probably would have been more interesting, with his stomping grounds and what not...Maybe John would have crashed the party then!

I find this season's dates far more interesting than Emily's season. If I never see another picnic on this show it will be too soon. If I guy wanted to close down Six Flags for me for a day, I definitely wouldn't complain.

Me too. I wished she got the Joshua Tree date- seemed like more her thing than Selma's. I have a feeling we'll have to wait until episode 5/6 in order to see her.

And Lindsey Y isn't redeeming herself much in my book yet either. At least she dialed back the crazy after the first night, but she still seems way too young and...yeah.

Still not getting why AshLee seems so young given she's one of the oldest girls there...something about her strikes me so immature for some reason (I'm sure she's great in real life, though)

I do like Sean, though!

I respectfully disagree just because ratings for this season is extremely important to TBTB. If they don't show some type of a love story why would anyone continue to watch the next ette and so on. They need both the F1 and F2 to be fan favorites.

I just think its very early and with Sean appearing to be a slow mover maybe the edit will reflect slow and steady build up to the F1.

This is after his 1 on 1 with Cat, too Right? Is it the 5th or 6th episode that they have a date? I hope Lesley isn't too heartbroken. She'll make somebody really happy one day. I think she's cute as can be and just as sweet from what I've seen so far.

All future Bachelors should study Sean's season like it's football tapes. He can even write a play book on "How To Be A Genuine Bachelor." Though Sean's had girlfriends, he's still adorably nervous and a little awkward around them, never really sure if he should slip in something special when they kiss or just stick to lips-only.

He's most natural with Des, but I can see the reason that it might not last. Lesley's proclamation of nerdom shot her to first place in my book of "Cool Kids from Reality TV-Shows". I see them fading into friendship only. AshLee tugged at his heart strings, and I think Sean wants to give her a piece of happy but he's not into her. Kacie, I'm just glad it's over.

One complaint: there was not enough Catley!!!

P.S. I agree with northy's astute observation that, by the time Sean and Cat make out in their igloo, Lindsey Lohan will seem like a great Bachelorette next to the other drama queens. It sorta is following the path of Ash's season, except instead of one person, the scene stealer is Drama with a capital "G" for "girls gone nutso." They are really good girls though.

Cat is really cute, I like that she is not being made a fool of. There is enough crazy going on already, she gets to stay normal.

That seems to be about the only consideration the producers are giving her. This has to be so difficult for the F1 under any circumstances to watch these shows and see her man admit to strong feelings for other women. This season I think it's so much worse since they are showing so little of Catherine's own interaction with Sean. Did they even show a second of her time with him at the cocktail party? If I were Catherine, I would be getting pretty pissed at the producers.

At least she has the consolation of knowing there was more but the producers didn't find it interesting enough to show. Hopefully she understands that it isn't Sean behind this and directs her anger at the proper people (TPTB) for not showing much. And it seems like it won't change next week with the continuation of the Tierra drama. I'm guessing it might take til epi 5 before she gets any good screen time. This makes me sad, but probably not as sad as it makes the two of them.

I'm still wondering if they are not showing much of Sean and Cat together because it's SO noticeable what's going on between them. They both light up each time they see each other. It's hard not to see that, so if they did show much of them talking right now it would be obvious who he really likes. Maybe??? I don't know, I'm just running thoughts thru my head since it doesn't make sense that they've shown so little of them together. LOLOLOL

Yes. Lesley is eliminated right before hometowns. So Cat's 1 on 1 will come first. It seems to be when they are in Banff, Canada which is Episode 6. Wow that is late for the F1 to get their first 1 on 1! :shock:

Does that makes sense?

I too hope Lesley isn't too heart broken but I think it might be unavoidable if the speculation that she has a 1 on 1 that week is true.
