I think they edited Catherine out of the early episodes because the season was spoiled so early. TPTB wanted us to do just what we're doing ... question how Cat could possibly be the F1 when we see nothing of her with Sean. They probably had mad chemistry from the beginning and we're just not seeing it.

Not feeling Sarah, AshLee and especially Lindsay at all. Hard to believe she makes F2.

Anxious to see his date with Selma next week. I really like her.

Well my question about how folks will feel when Ashlee pulls a Kacie has been somewhat answered .. Even after many excuses were given for her and it will be different .. Blah blah blah .. She wenches out just like a bunch of the rest of them .. My gut is right .. No Bette for her :shocked!:

Wow 6 months already..Crawling any yet or just trying? I love them at that age. I love to see their eyes when things click in their little minds and they know hey I can do that. : ). PRECIOUS!!!.

My take on the major players based on what we know from the spoilers and the show thus far:

Kacie -- Why did you come back? Did you truly not see that he had zero interest in you? If so, you really need to start learning to read social cues better. If you did it because Fliess told you this would help you get the Bette ... He lied honeychild ... see my point above.

Lesley -- Sean seems to be into her so far. 2nd in the running after Des/Tierra. The only thing that I think happens is she goes into the friend zone because in his word association game he refered to her as "a guy's girl".

AshLee -- Too serious and intense. Sean is a very nice guy and feels bad for what she has gone through, but I saw zero chemistry and I don't see much humour with her.

Sarah -- Nice gesture on his part to bring Leo for her, but again, he feels for her and likes her, but I see no real chemistry or humour. She seemed happier with the dog than she was with Sean ... which is probably why she pulls herself out and leaves.

Desiree -- Still really liking their relaxed chemistry and humour. She is second in the running as of this episode but they are already editing in doubts and insecurity to set up her downfall.

Tierra -- Crazy. Clearly he is still attracted to her as seen by their interaction in the gazebo...the giggles, the teasing, the concern and not in a hurry to leave for his date with AshLee. However, preview clearly shows that we have only seen the tip of her craziness and will unfortunately be subjected to much more before a 2x4 whacks Sean and brings him to his senses.

Lindsey -- Not doing much for me...seems really young. He is developing some interest...I think because she really only had up to go after the wedding dress. He is realising she isn't the whack job he thought she was. Seems more amused by her than anything else.

Catherine -- Really hard to believe she is F1 based on how little we have been shown of their time together, however, she is as cute as a button and she practically glows everytime she sees the man. Clearly she was really attracted to him from the start since she seems to watch him with the intensity of a laser beam. He is attracted and is always smiling and very relaxed around her ... as with Des and Lesley ... however, I'm not sure that she is standing out as much as some of the more outgoing/demanding ladies. I would love to know just how much time they actually spent together before she gets her 1:1 and where she was on his radar. He labelled her "sexy" in his word association game, but when?

Sean -- Seems really nice, kind and respectful...and funny. Much more easy going and relaxed that we could have imagined based on what we saw during Emily's season. His problem is that he really doesn't have a type so he is attracted to more women than the typical bachelor and now has to weed through them.

If anyone remembers where that name association list came from, I wonder if it could be reposted here because I would love to have another look at it now that we have a few shows under our belts and can see where and how the editing is falling into place.

Kasha, you are eagle eyed! I caught the change of background with Des's ITM and rewound to confirm that the swimsuit top is a different color and to review the location.

That ITM of Desiree is DEFINITELY taken on Mermaid Beach at the Buccaneer on St. Croix. If someone eventually caps that ITM, I'm sure I have a photo of the point that is behind her in the shot.

Didn't realize the same with Catherine as San suggests but I'll go back and try to find that this morning.

Certainly confirms what we already knew: that Des goes to St. Croix.

Couldn't agree with you more, LoveDovez! And don't you think the girls were disappointed when they got to the end of the RC last night and Sean didn't announce that they were travelling anywhere?!? Has there been another season where they stayed in LA so long? And then they send them to two cold spots (though both look beautiful and I am looking forward to those locations).

If Catherine's cap is also on Mermaid Beach, that wouldn't prove that they were on the 3 on 1 together in St. Croix. Mermaid Beach is the resorts main beach, where the seaplane scene was taped, so I could just see them using it as a location for filming the ITMs. Could have been a date, but they'd have to close it off from guests to do it and I didn't hear that that happened from my friends who were on the island then.

I'd still love to see the caps, though.

And BTW, I did some research on their time in St. Croix the other day and put it in the speculation thread for anyone who is interested.
