Maybe Sean will turn out like Emily. She was very religious and goodie two shoes, but never met a wall she didn't like. :giggle: Maybe MF has that effect on good people? You think?

Wasn't Jason an insurance salesman? Roberto is too...so it would be the same if he was named Bach, although he has his own office. Maybe not as exciting as racecar driver or announcer, but hey they have steady jobs in a slow economy. Doesn't seem like that big of a deal to me but, it could just be me...

I thought Jason wrote a blog or something to do with being a single parent.. It also sounds like Sean has been doing anything, but selling insurance in his brother in laws office.

You're right having a job in this economy is a big deal, but as TB, you know they want to glam it up. A little fluff never hurt anyone. :Nod:

TPTB know they can't get away with an insurance salesman who works for his BIL lead. The first thought that would enter every gold digger's, oops contestant's, head would be loser (not to mention the audience). I suspect they fronted him money to open his new business (and move to his new apartment) so he can be called a business owner/entrepenuer. Let's just see how he is introduced. I'll be howling with laughter when they lie about it.

I'm sure they felt like they could get away with it. I mean, they had the opportunity to get a race car driver, which is much sexier sounding, and they didn't choose him, for whatever reason. I'm personally not a fan of his, but I think Sean's popularity is undeniable, from his Twitter followers, reaction at ATFR, etc. I do believe that they originally had wanted Roberto badly, and he also was just an insurance salesman.

Honestly, I think that they could be put a 40 year old, average looking, average salary earning guy out there, and once they label him as the "prize", 25 women will fight to the death for his love and attention. We've heard the F1 from Jason's season say that she thought he was not that funny and not cute at all, yet she said and did everything to make him pick her. I believe this season will be no different. And, I do think that the majority of women do find a 6'1, muscular, dimpled guy with faith a "catch". He's not my type AT ALL, but I get the appeal.

I hear you, but Roberto owns his own insurance agency...far cry from a mere salesman working for a family member. And they did try to get a race car driver...he turned them down.

Roberto and Sean do not have the same job. One is an agent, the other is an associate. Roberto could be Sean's boss. Roberto could be classified as a business owner/entrepreneur as is, not Sean, not in the insurance world anyway.

Speaking of his insurance job, has Sean ever made any mention of it at all, other than that quip to Arie on Twitter? Instead it does seem he has been doing anything but, leaving it far behind for modeling gigs and his new furniture/handbag venture as his modes of earning a living.

Also just have to say for all the hand wringing over Roberto and his sweating, Sean's season might as well be sponsored by Clean & Clear Oil-Absorbing Sheets as he'll need to use them every 10 minutes to wipe the shine off his face. And have CH's makeup artist work double duty to cover up his redness. Arie's razor bumps weren't exactly flattering either for that matter, and yes, neither was his kissing at times (wall, hot; beach, not).

His sister must be over the moon with glee, not only for him but who will also try to squeeze as much mileage as she possibly can from his stint. I wish him well, but no Roberto, and possibly no televised Jash wedding? My interest in this franchise any longer is next to nil.

^^^ Me agree...he has a significant fan base! Besides the 'cyborg' body...Sean has a subdued humility and self-confidence that's very appealing, at least to me!

^^^ Me agree...he has a significant fan base! Besides the 'cyborg' body...Sean has a subdued humility and self-confidence that's very appealing, at least to me!

Yep!! He has a huge fan base!! And if he's indeed the lead, his fan base will only grow stronger! The girls who are there for the right reasons will be veryyy happy that it's him!!

I just hope that they found at least some good girls for him and not only hungry model fame whores who are there for the wrong reasons!!
