It really didn't take much for me to find out the Chadd's Ford connection. I just followed the thread leading to Ame's mom.
I felt a little guilty even delving into their personal life. This is a family with some long standing "roots" that travels in different circles than most of the contestants we normally dig into.

I wondered about Ames from the beginning, the way he dresses he has a careless attitude to what he wears and how he wears it. Ames is an unusual christian name and with his education at Ivy League schools, it made me wonder whether he came from money. Would be really interesting to discover what makes someone such as Ames to apply to go on the Bachelor, it wouldn't be for the travel as it appears he's traveled a lot in his life.

I think Ames collects life experiences and this and BP was just another notch on his bucket list. He seems super sweet but completely unreliable as a partner. So wrong for Ashley who craves stability and security, but maybe the strong-willed Jackie can tame him. Oh and protect him from robbers according to Steve. LOL.

Yeah a couple days ago, I stumbled upon Chadd's Ford as location/residence for Ames Mom.
Also there is a horse and carriage theatrical agency that supplies all types of horse and carriages in close proximate distance and is accustomed to dealing with tv and movie production companies.

Way to go, Kasha! In that case I think we have definitely nailed the carriage location.

As for the red suitcase hotel. Do we know whether it's definitely a hotel and do we know who is in the picture? JP? Ryan? Men usually tie their ties the same way. Do we have a sc of the the guy's tie?
I might try tomorrow, if we still haven't found it.

I think Ames comes from a very wealthy family. He has attended Ivy League schools and has traveled around the world which isn't cheap to do.

Looked through all the sponsored gifts - and unless it's not online, the luggage is not a match to one in a goody bag :D That SHOULD make things easier for us since we can assume that there isn't 10 of those red bags floating around

Still looking at the red suitcase pics to try to figure out where......in the one where you can see what I thought was a lobby desk with some ceramic vases on it....a closer look makes me think that is not a desk but a bar and the ceramic vases are draft beer handles...so it then would be someplace where the bar (and lounge) are exited by this door. Maybe that will help? It is the area in the reflection that is mostly getting my attention...it appears to have large wooden pole structures on an angle.....it appears there might be a gate post with either a scanner or a post with a mail box on it......towards front top of the car reflection. Trying to make out what is above and immediately behind the car......sort of looks surf boardish.

I think I found the suitcases that I think that match what the guys had. Someone mentioned previously that this not normally in the goody bag they get. But they seem to be from the same company.
