It looks like he starts to get cocky next week and make people mad.
Harrison: He starts to get a little arrogant and it gets the better of him. What really does it is that innocent little kiss with Arie and Emily at the end last night's episode — it sends ripple effect through the house. She was in a bad mood with the whole Alessandro thing and then ran into Arie and they happened to have this moment, but unbeknownst to them, the guys could see from the other room.

Next week, the group heads to Bermuda. What can you preview?
Harrison: These relationships are definitely taking off and the guys know Arie and her have something special, which ratchets up the competitiveness. That regatta on the group date gets rough. Those guys fight for their lives to get some time with her.

I just watched that part again and it was so sliced and diced. It goes from Emily letting Alessandro go to Emily walking back into the house. Then it cuts to her walking past Sean and Charlie and into the backyard. Then it switches to her in the RC room thinking about something. Then it seems to come in on Emily and Arie standing there. It sure didn't seem like to me that Emily just happened to run into Arie. It felt more like she went to either get a drink and he made one for her or she wanted to be around someone she felt comfortable with. JMO






Who is Emily with here? Is that a producer?

I just watched that part again and it was so sliced and diced. It goes from Emily letting Alessandro go to Emily walking back into the house. Then it cuts to her walking past Sean and Charlie and into the backyard. Then it switches to her in the RC room thinking about something. Then it seems to come in on Emily and Arie standing there. It sure didn't seem like to me that Emily just happened to run into Arie. It felt more like she went to either get a drink and he made one for her or she wanted to be around someone she felt comfortable with. JMO

So sliced and diced! In think the picture above could be from any part of the night. Maybe the look on his face just fit their storyline.

It seems there is a debate brewing already,& I hope I don't start a debate,but I have to jump in & defend my friend Ryan Bowers-being on a show you definately take arisk of people only seeing a glimpse of you & your heart- & It seems people are getting the wrong impression of his comment about a womans weight changing post marriage- definately didn't come out the best way- But I can say this- I know he means putting your "best foot forward" whether you are dating or married 50 years. Our pastor talked about this in our pre marriage counseling while reading the book "his needs, her needs; building an affair proof marriage" -You don't have to be perfect, or look like a model, but you should WANT to look nice for you hubby, and still continue to make an effort to put your best foot forward-that's one of THEIR love languages- b/c men are visual- & it def. doesnt just apply to weight, it could just mean dressing nice, putting on your make up, fixing your hair etc. "Attractiveness is what you do with that you have" The books goes into this in detail- a Man wants to be proud of the woman he chose, and if she looks good, she feels good, and HE feels good. It did make it sound like he wouldnt love his wife the same if her weight or something else changes- and I know his heart, thats not what he meant-& all of my married friends can vouch that after a while EVERY need that needs to be met within a marriage is a choice- He just means he would still want his wife to be the best version of herself, and He the best he can be ;)

In another thread, northernviewer found two pictures near when Chris calls for the rose ceremony: one of Jef walking past Chris and one with Arie with Em behind him. It looks to me like Em and Arie were in the hallway. You can see them both look up and to the left of the screen, right before they hug and kiss. I'm guessing they were being signaled that Chris' announcement was imminent. In the cap of Arie and Em with Chris, Arie's rose is flattened.
