I don't know about anyone else but I'm plenty fine with getting my sweet heart smashed to smithereens over being head-over-heels for Ry-guy! If at the end, it's not him, I'll just do this: :overreaction:

In all seriousness, I think we can fangirl while still being objective about things. We'll just need to start a separate thread titled "Ryan Bowers' Flock of Fangirls". Noobs and I can be co-captains! :cheerpom: Super fun! I also don't want to give Bloomers a migraine over it all.

As for the Christian discussion, I don't know. A kazillion people term themselves "Christian" without following closely the example of the founder. Being a Christian or a Muslim or even an atheist means different things to different people, all of which are fine and acceptable. It really depends on the individual's personal relationship with their god, and the ways that they desire to live that life in front of others and behind closed doors. Hopefully, they're one-and-the-same.

I don't know if he is going to be her F1, but they are a beautiful couple together with his dark looks and her blond fair looks. Height wise, they just fit together. They make a beautiful picture, and look at the phone cameras!!

Not being a Christian myself (or even religious), I'm probably the last person to understand this, but if Ryan would have a moral problem with having to mislead other women in order to be the lead on his own season, wouldn't he also then have a moral problem falling in love with (and respecting) a woman who would essentially be doing the same to a bunch of men on her season? I suspect that most people whose religious beliefs are quite so strict would probably avoid doing a show like this in the first place.

Yup... I went to a Christian college and I know 5 girls that tried out for the Bach after graduation... the one would have been on Jake's season. The poor dear.

I agree that there are definitely the fanatical type "Christians" out there ... the type that say really cringe-worthy things about certain small interest groups. But I would never do anything of the sorts. DH and I both drink, in private and socially, and it seems Ryan does as well. He doesn't come off legalistic at all ... which is the best kind of Christian to be IMO. It would explain why kids find him approachable... he's not going to judge them.
