I suspect that most people whose religious beliefs are quite so strict would probably avoid doing a show like this in the first place.

The term "Christian" can easily mean a variety of beliefs across the spectrum, just like, say, being a vegetarian encompasses quite a variety of practices (ovo, ovolacto, pesco, vegan). If Emily and Ryan engage in secular behaviors of mating and socializing that might otherwise be frowned upon in certain sects of Christianity, then it only really indicates that they might not be fundamentalists, or whatever. Jesus turned water into wine, didn't he, for the wedding guests of Cana to enjoy? He drank wine at his own last supper, right? It doesn't make either of them less "Christian" if their goal as a Christian is really to just be a loving, kind person who identifies most with aligning their life to Jesus' example as opposed to, like, Buddha or Mohammed or Mithra or whomever. It really doesn't matter. It's so completely personal. All I want is a LOVE story!

I prefer clean, shaven look, however for Ryan I would make an exception. :Smiley: It looks like he has a heavy beard and probably has to shave twice a day.

This is what I was thinking too. Some men have facial hair that grown ridiculously fast. If they miss shaving for one day people ask if they are growing their beard out! LOL
