Don't worry! Someone will add the news to his thread. There's no problem with what you have done - none at all. Bing 2262 - you are putting me on the spot. :Smiley: I'm on team Ryan because he is so handsome, sexy & from everything I have read he is a real nice guy!! I'm on team Doug because he is from my area & I know someone who actually knows him. I love his smile and he also sounds like a terrific guy and devoted father. Really looking forward to this season and hope Emily finds someone she loves who will also love her & Ricki.

Okay, so this is what I am trying to figure out...and am thinking out loud here...

Ryan is a "real nice guy" and Doug is a "terrific guy" and devoted father.

So does Ryan win out because he is sexier than Doug?

Doesn't Doug being a "devoted father" count towards something in Emily's mind?
After all we DO know Emily is looking for a guy who will get up off the couch while watching a football game to run to the ER with a kid who needs stitches 'cause they fell off the swing set. Emily really needed that assurance from Brad and as much as he insisted it would be there, do we know whether that was NOT part of the downfall of their relationship?

I think until we either get a spoiler as to who actually will be the f1 or we see it on tv we do not know what is on Emily's mind. Ryan could be the f1 or Doug or BHG or Travis, etc....it wait and see right now,imo.

Someone who is a devoted father to his own child doesn't mean that person will be a devoted father to someone else's child. But someone that doesn't have a child doesn't mean that person won't be a devoted father to someone else's child.

I'm not on Team Ryan or Team Doug, but just think it's strange that everyone is putting him so up there cause he has a kid.. logic just doesn't make sense. TBH, if I'm in Emily's shoes, i wouldn't pick someone with a kid, just too complicated and too many things involved unless that guy is hundreds of miles ahead of everyone else.

Molly never had a kid herself, but she's so good to Jason's kid and they get along just fine.
