Doesn't seem like it, but it would be a snoozefest anyway. Felix's mum is the MVP of bachie mums imo.

I actually really want to find out they're actors playing a storyline because if not I have concerns

There again, I fully understand we are seeing what tptb want us to see and it could be completely fabricated to look that way

I'm thinking both.
I haven't watched tonight's episode yet but last night found myself seriously wondering if she has some kind of learning disability or neurodivergence. Like, what is going on in her brain if she believes her concept of open relationships (which I note she said Damien "introduced" her to ) actually make sense. To anyone.
She's getting zero support from the poly community who just think she's clueless/taking the piss, while the rest of SM commentary runs along the lines of her being a promiscuous fruitcake. The only support I've seen for her was SD pre-season and I assume they were either being paid to do so or trying to appear edgy.
As for Thomas, it clearly shows he wasn't planning on sticking with either girl if he didn't even have the guts to look their parents in the eye IMO. The worst part is you know he's going to be the MOST irritating on social media after this since shilling/scamming people was already his "career" and he's going to amp it up to 1000%
ETA: Thoughts from the crowd
Holy sh*tballs Damien and Jess are taking the piss. I don't know who is the more manipulative. Right now Damien seems to be giving Jess the illusion of choice when he's likely been controlling from the start #TheBachelorsAU

Damien's a manipulative freak and Jess is a self-centred liar, let them have each other Felix - this show is exhausting #TheBachelorsAU

If this Jess damien situation is real, she realised she's totally under his influence and wanted a way out. If that's the case, I'd feel sorry for her. #TheBachelorsAU

Or it's just cooked up for ratings at Felix's expense.
Of course, he would go for the classic boring blonde

Right. Succumbed to #TheBachelorsAU & immediately regretting my decision, but do I have this right?

Extremely dim-witted Felix contemplating life as a third wheel after falling for Jess the face of polyamory (& likely a sociopath) *TENSE MUSIC* why's Damien so creepy & is he 50? pic.twitter.com/Mb3Yicztwg

Does the #TheBachelorsAU owe a duty of care to Jess, is she on the spectrum ?

The Jess/ Damian relationship isn’t right. He’s definitely manipulating her and why we should be careful to pass judgment on relationships. Jess comes across as “owning” her sexuality when really that’s the emotional manipulation speaking - #TheBachelorsAU

Is anyone actually buying this Jessica Damien bs? Producers do better. I mean we watch this crap but there’s only so much crap we can take! #TheBachelorsAU pic.twitter.com/wnbXG2DOIO

apart from the fact that none of these people seem to know what a poly relationship actually is, damien feels controlling and abusive and she needs to get the hell out of there #TheBachelorsAU

Jessica & Damien have set back the conscious relating and polyamory communities about a zillion years. #TheBachelorsAU

(and yes - it's now more clear that Damien is less of a doormat and more of a very manipulative person ... but to what end I don't even know? Like I said. Either a cult, or actors)

Meet the parents
First up, Felix greets his family and confirms what I suspected - they are definitely veneers and not his real teeth I thought perhaps he came from a family of dentists with perfect pearlies but nope - the rest of them are normal.
Mum says she hopes not to meet any ditzy blondes and ha ha well GUESS WHAT Mum, not only is she ditzy and blonde but also has a boyfriend. Mum tries to conceal her shock but her eyebrows almost shoot off the top of her forehead.
Abigail arrives and charms the absolute pants of everyone. Mum describes her as "vibrant". There is no chemistry between her and Felix whatsoever and she shouldn't be F2 but I shudder to think what this season would have been like without her.
Jed's meeting Alesia's Dad and siblings. Mum's not coming because she thinks commercial TV is "an absolute crock of sh*t" and she's not wrong. The trick is to watch the trashiest trash and convince yourself you're only watching it to critique how awful it is.
Alesia is worried about the imminent proposal and the thought of being offered that hideous ring gives her anxiety. Fair call. Meanwhile Jed meets up with his family. Jed looks just like his Mum. She wears a leather jacket and tells him off for swearing.
Both groups come together for maximum awkwardness. Dad seems to find Jed's appearance concerning and contrasts it with how "conservative" Alesia is, which sounds like a producer scriptline, especially when Alesia herself pipes up to say "well I'm not".
Alesia says if Jed proposes, she'll say no. Angela on the other hand has no such qualms. She's all in. The vibe is much better than the day before. Of course. Angela's Dad is emotional and warm and open-minded. Aww. What a nice guy.
Meanwhile, Thomas says he he doesn't need to meet Leah or Lauren's family, he's already decided. He meets up with Mum for a hug then peace out, he's gone. Wow. I hope someone blabs post-show about what REALLY happened here.
Two attractive young men arrive to meet Jess and we are relieved to find out they are her brothers, not another two boyfriends. She says "I've got two amazing guys and I've struggled to decide who to be with". Pardon? Honey, you are NOT the Lead.
She actually says "obviously I love Damien, but there have been a lot of positives with my relationship with Felix." Oh and speak of the devil, up rocks Damien. Then they all trot off to meet Felix & his family. What could possibly go wrong?
Jess senses some "tension" in the room. She introduces Damien as "very spiritual" and "emotionally intelligent". Other adjectives one might use are "Creepy" "As" "F***". Damien thinks he's a sex guru but Mum's eyebrows are having none of it.
Damien's monologuing and Felix can't get a word in. Damien says "we will always be in each other's lives, till THE END" [Insert ominous crack of thunder] while Jess says she wants the "experience" of marriage and children but "questions" monogamy.
At this point, Mum straight up loses it. She says all the things every normal, sane person would want to say to these idiots. Jess cannot believe Mum's not buying her BS. Mum tells Damien he's being used as an "experience" and his head nearly explodes.
Jessica says it's "the most uncomfortable I've ever been". Ha haa SUCKED IN PRINCESS. About time someone spoke sense to you. Damien whisks her away and instructs her to "touch foreheads" and yeah we need to get someone up to Townsville for a welfare check ASAP.
Oh FFS now Felix takes Damien aside for a man on man chat. Damien says "if Jess were to choose you" (again, this is NOT THE BACHELORETTE people) "then there would be a conversation between me and Jess about what our relationship would look like in the future".
OK guys. GUYS? I think Damien might actually be a serial killer. This man is either acting or not right in the head. He takes Jess aside again and she looks intimidated. This is like a masterclass in coercive control. Where is the show psychologist when you need one.
Now Damien stops Jess from answering Felix's questions and makes her brother leave. Hey, remember when Honey Badger didn't pick anyone and became the most hated man in Bach AU history? Well prepare to edit that wikipedia page because this guy has just taken the crown.

Re: Bachelor Australia - Season 10 - Felix - Jed - Thomas - Episodes - *Sleuthing Spoilers*
Jed and Alesia - IMO the dealbreaker is Alesia’s dad clearly not open to Jed being a part of her life. It goes beyond the idea of a proposal. I did really like how specific Alesia was when discussing concerns about the proposal. I too think it’s unnecessary and am disappointed this season went in that direction.
Thomas - I wonder if his mom met the woman he chose and it wasn’t shown because it would give it away?
Felix and Jess and Damien - LOL
Felix’s mom. She did a great job of asking pointed questions with measured tone.
from an empty moment something arrives

Rumour has it Jessica has moved from Townsville to Sydney and is living with Naomi (and has hopefully taken out some kind of restraining order against Damien). Not cool for that kind of toxic relationship to be platformed on prime time TV IMO - ramped up for the cameras I'm sure but still creepy AF.
