Bachelor 24 - Peter Weber - Media SM - *Sleuthing Spoilers* #4

The RS spoiler explains a few things for me:

I always thought that the ‘news’ that CH gives Peter on the FRC day didn’t involved Madi as he just wasn’t that broken up about it. I still say he wanted Madi from the start and was probably really visibly upset when she left.

The s/c from the other day of Peter smiling while standing on the FRC podium. That was definitely not a smile for CH or someone on production. Makes sense now that we know he was going to propose.

But now a question: how the heck did that never get spoiled??? Clearly TPTB coached Peter to say in interviews that it ‘couldn’t be spoiled’ to make everyone think there was no FRC. They really kept the lid on it somehow if RS is right.

I'm still hoping it's HS dumping Peter by calling his bluff with him thinking it was Madi he was meeting. Just a dream of mine.

Atem- you may be on to something that it's not Peter who breaks up with HS.... it is she who breaks up with him realizing that his heart isn't in it! She said she wanted to be the chosen one... not the back up.

I agree. Maybe this is why Chris H says Hanna Ann has a backbone.

But from day one, they say it was impossible to spoil his season.... season is not over and this would mean it was done deal on January 6th, date of premiere since they started about that time? Please confirm, I didn’t check SM at that time but watch the interviews later.

For Mike Fleiss to tweet today he is unsure how it will end, could it be Peter's season was blown because Hannah's backbone stiffened & she broke up with him because she didn't feel chosen. It would make sense for him to be saying in interviews he knew since episode 4 Hannah was the one that he is still hoping to make things right with by reassuring her in interviews he knew early on she was the one then she might change her mind at the AFTR. To me if he wanted Madison since episode 4 it makes no sense he made the choice to sleep with other women after she told him she couldn't go on if he did, his action spoke Louder than words. What Fleiss might not know is how either woman could trust Peter at his word that he loves her!!! I think Peter is single now & is not committed to either woman.

I’m not sure what to think of RS spoiler. Why would CH say, ”Before you do what you’re about to do...” if Madi has left and HA is not coming to the FRC at that point? That doesn’t make sense if HA is not coming. How is HA exhibiting backbone? Yes I saw the above theory. How is Madi and her family supposed to be won over when Peter didn’t chase after Madi but just proposed to someone else? Why isn’t HA Bachelorette? IDK. No matter how this ended it sure doesn’t look like it’ll work out. jmo

^^^^ because he wanted Madi and Hanna Ann figures that out.   He should have had a backbone himself and not listened to TPTB.  He should have walked away but of course TPTB would not have “allowed” that.   Reminds me of Jason Mesnick who wanted Molly But was talked out of it. What a mess. Wish them all the best!

I still think whoever it was at the Airbnb broke up with Peter.

As for Madi, I think she was open to him contacting her off the show. I don't think she knew they were engaged. Just my opinion though.

I’m not sure I’m following you. Do you mean HA delaying the FRC is exhibiting backbone? If she gets engaged I would not consider her exhibiting any backbone. Maybe if she breaks up with him in CA but the timing of CH saying that she had backbone would mean she would have to break up before the show aired or whenever CH put out that meet the women video. I hope for all their sakes there wasn’t a switcheroo no matter who he’s with. jmo

Didn't he say that HIS FRONT RUNNERS never changed from WEEK 4?

Episode 4 was not the 4th week of filming, it was the 3rd week.  Costa Rica was the 4th week of filming.

IMO that soundbite has played a heck of a game of telephone this season and is being quoted as gospel and is no where near what he actually said.

This is one time I do agree with you.  I don't think HA was exhibiting backbone like CH wants us to believe.  Had she turned down the engagement and suggested just dating, then that would have been better.  Turning him down would have been exhibiting backbone.  Leaving like she wanted would have been dynamite.

Having a bachelor at the FRC with no girls coming... now that would be an ending like never before.
