I’m not sure I’m following you. Do you mean  HA delaying the FRC is exhibiting backbone? If she gets engaged I would not consider her exhibiting any backbone. Maybe if she breaks up with him in CA but the timing of CH saying that she had backbone would mean she would have to break up before the show aired or whenever CH put out that meet the women video. I hope for all their sakes there wasn’t a switcheroo no matter who he’s with. jmo

No I mean she is showing backbone by breaking up with him after she realized he was not all in. Good for her!

There is a reason why HB and Julie's name were floated.  I am guessing from what RS is saying the FRC isn't at the end of tonight's episode 1, but carries on into Tuesday's episode.  I think it ends with Madi leaving. I think Madi knew that HS was a better fit for Peter and left. I think the show hated her after either contacting Peter after the show ended or for responding to Peter wanting to get back together.

@HavaDrPepperand maybe HA is not engaged ? And Peter didn’t offer it..Just to date her.. and maybe is going to propose to her at the ATFR? 
I still think HE wanted to talk to Madi for HIS closure.. Hence the SC in LA sayin I am sorry from the bottom of my heart!

I just can’t see him being in engaged to HA and breaking it off within days/weeks.. and then saying his front runner was the same from week 4! JMO

And yes week 4 of filming not episodes!

For his closure? Sorry, but he was a blubbering mess! How is that getting closure for himself when Madi is the one who left? What would he need to apologize for?

^^^^absolutely I can see Madi going back to Peter but just dating.  No way do I think she will get engaged.   She cared deeply for Peter and was very hurt by him also.   Not sure that Hanna Ann was a better fit.  They broke up so obviously not a good fit.  Jmo.  

Wish them all the best and excited for tonight and tomorrow night!  I think we willl have more clarity tomorrow.  


Also wanted to add that I believe Hanna broke up or maybe he did but that was because he could not commit fully. His heart was elsewhere.

No idea.  I just know Madi was happy when the show ended, so I don't get why he would need to apologize for anything.  She left.  There's nothing to cry and blubber over. I think she knew Peter loved her. She just didn't think it would work, because his parents obviously like HS more.

Madi does think if it's meant to be, it will be.  There's a reason why they put in those VO of their time on the Q1. Where she basically said even though the wind (everyone) is against you, you still climb to the top, because the view is worth it (being with Peter).

I can see her being like Molly was with Jason. She just expressed an interest in possibly seeing where it would go. She did not uproot her life and move to Seattle right away. If I remember right, Jason worked very hard to gain Molly's trust.

I don't see Madison being like Lauren. No way will she jump into his arms when she opens the door to him and saying yes to a proposal a few minutes later.

I can see her being more reserved and listening to him but not agreeing to anything. I wouldn't be surprised if he made trips to Alabama and spent time with her and her family in order to win back her trust and also that of her family. I have no doubt the feelings were there, it was the trust that was missing. And, I do agree with RS's statement from last week about Madison not taking him back right away and that there were probably some tough conversations between them.

To me this totally explains all his ups and downs in interviews. He had times where things were looking up and very hopeful and times when things were not. Lately they have been more on the up side.

Why would Madi consider a future with Peter? Can somebody list the compelling reasons that she would consider it given she has watched the show back, she has 1.3 or more million followers, she wants to become a missionary, she’s 23 years old. What is the strong motivation for her? I don’t see it.

@mbl The only thing that makes sense is that Madi actually did fall in love with Peter, and that's sometimes all the motivation people need. Otherwise I agree, she'd just move on.
