Bachelorette 16 - Clare Crawley & Tayshia Adams - Filming Schedule - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

My dear departed aunt lived in the area for quite awhile and we would visit.  This is a beautiful resort and I could see a number of dating possibilities in and around there.  They could have done worse .  

They can golf duh, play tennis, hiking as there is a beautiful mountain range nearby.   There is a casino in the general vicinity but IDK if they are open.  I used to only stay a weekend because I am not really a desert person, but there was always something to do.  There is also a "date farm" in Palm Springs which has tours and I "think" they may have done that in a prior season.

Palm Springs airport is also close by so if they decide to take any quick jaunts, there's that.

@pavalygurl thanks for the info! It makes total sense to me that they will stay in California, and what other's have speculated.

It's beautiful! They have a good spot for the FRC. I see they also have holistic spa rituals! I would love that for myself.

So no Hawaii then, despite all our logical proposals.  Honestly TPTB I don't know why we bother.  

Nice resort though and with all the current uncertainty it's probably a wise move to stay in California.

@Bobette No Hawaii. I really didn't think they'd go anywhere but California. We'll keep suggesting for future seasons, though.

@GuardianAngel I would prefer Hawaii for Matt anyway, but Palm Springs looks good for Clare and her troupe. I have always wanted to go there so I hope they do it justice.

I would think TPTB know they better have paid attention to location and how to entice viewers to tune in since there won't be any travel. They better get their creative hats on!

RE Matt - At the rate things are going if they start filming in September IMO they might end up at another stationary location.

Has anyone looked at the temperature for Palm Springs in July and Aug? 100+ degrees! No wonder the Ritz Carlton was willing to sell them the resort for those months. Any golf, tennis, hiking or other outdoor activities are going to call for a very early start!

Yep, It wasn't unusual to see folks golfing at 6am.

I guess it will be a bit like BIP – looking good on TV, but almost unbearable for the cast. I don’t expect CH to be present for any outdoor activities.

Another thing, “quarantined for a week”. It should be two weeks to be efficient.
I wonder what the plan is if a contestant tests positive in week 2.
