I'm just thinking out loud here...Do all potential leads have to go to LA to meet with tptb? If so, I don't think we've seen Tyler go there since filming ended, cmiiw. I guess it could be considered too early for talks, but if Tyler never goes to LA, maybe he doesn't really want to be lead, and potentially be open to a reconciliation with Hannah, if that's what they truly want? Just something to keep an eye on I think. Imo. If this doesn't make sense please tell me

@Sharnee Not that I know or remember . It was a shock for most viewers. Because Lauren has been given the dumb and silent edit... But Arie didn’t have the media tornado that hits them with Jed...

I really think he wants a reconciliation imo.

^^^Yup and he is willing to be patient with her, I would say. He can support her getting well, mentally as much as emotionally.

Was she already having doubts about her relationship with Jed before all of his bad behavior came to light? Was she already missing Tyler? Was she just going to stay in her relationship with Jed for a few months post show and stick it out because she was too afraid to make a switch and now that all of this has come out she feels safer doing it? There are so many questions that we may or may not get answers to and if we do, it’s still a month away from when we might get them.

I said it the other day and I know it’s cheesy, but if Tyler and Hannah make each other happy then they should go for it. Life’s too short to be anything but happy. I don’t see them getting engaged any time soon if they do get back together, but if they want to, I don’t see any harm in deciding to date and spend some time together. All JMO

We don't know the facts of what has gone on BTS with Jed, but I've watched what feels like 100 hours of her excruciating interaction with Luke. IMO, a person needs to be emotionally ready for The One for the relationship to stand the test of time. I just don't see that from Hannah. Rachel, for example, went to therapy after her most recent relationship before the show ended and look at how happy she is today. I wish Hannah would work on Hannah rather than hoping a guy will fix what's broken inside of her. JMO.

So breakup was Monday but plans were in action to get crew there so who knows how long there was trouble in Hed’s world .
Could have been almost from the beginning ? Just wondering now if Jason’s visit to see Tyler in NYC was random ?

I love sleuthing and research and I’m a total sucker for a romantic story. This season has me frustrated as so many unanswered questions. Pls bare with me and as I try to share my thoughts. Imo it feels like production had too much involvement in the storyline. The edit imo did not support J being F1 from the M&G, the GF saga of Scott, then the inclusion of J continuously singing and announcing he initially came on the show for his music, part B episode which is meant to clarify the ending, ep6 was Luke drama and J singing poorly so not expecting thing to improve. Post FRC it seems Hannah came back with all the f3 men and production crew? Folk here thought she looked exhausted the first Wk of media. On reddit someone commented that Hannah’s brother started following Haley night 1? All this makes me wonder when production knew about Haley and if Hannah’s parent questioned J about the rumours given Patrick’s girlfriend lives in Nashville? And if Jed denied the rumours. Haley stated she didn’t know when people mag were going to release the story. I’m also wondering if Jed lies to become F1 hence production anticipated their broken engagement and have edited the show accordingly? On Sm we saw Hannah having a mini stress breakdown in Mexico. Up until then their supposed shv was 48hrs in LA and a few hrs in Nashville? Doesn’t seem like a lot of time. Then maybe shv in LA but at some stage part B was filmed. Why the need for part b at that time if things were rosy? Was it due to Luke storyline? Am I off on a wild goose catch or do others think somethings don’t ad up and imo from the beginning. Frustrating. At the end of the day hope both H and T r happy either together or single. Thanks to all the amazing sleuthing folk.

So i was just thinking if Hannah doesn't dump Hed completely will they still do media rounds together? OMG can you imagine Kelly Ripa going after Jed i would love her to go beast mode on him.. I don't know but IMO the best thing for both Hannah and Jed is to completely break it off. I mean how do u seriously have a relationship that starts out as deceit and lies? and Hannahs biggest deal breaker was lies, dishonesty, etc basically everything Jed is

I honestly think TPTB owe Hannah big time. It was their job to do their due diligence with Jed and him having a girlfriend as recently as landing in LA. Hannah trusted the process like any other lead and did not have any reason to suspect that Jed would turn out to be a scum. With Luke it was clear even CH was like "Why are you keeping him around?" so when she sent him packing he was out for good !

With Jed they really screwed the pooch and they should ideally be facilitating her getting back together with Tyler if they both are still up for it. I feel like Tyler isn't the type to take him being F2 to heart and is mature enough to realise that the pressure cooker situation Hannah was in did contribute to her decisions.

He respects her choices and doesn't question it. He actually appreciates the good in her and understands the logic behind her decisions He is a secure person and emotionally evolved enough to determine that she was making a choice based on the facts she knew at that time.

From what I have seen its safe to say he is not over her and probably ready to wait for her if she needs time. She is the badass women she has always claimed to be and I had no doubt about it since the new spoilers came out that she will dump Jed there is no way she is sticking to him. Her need for honesty could never have been fulfilled by Jed. Hannah definitely has lingering feelings for Tyler from what we have seen in her interview. Her most earliest interviews she was already bringing up Tyler like she was engaged to him. Jed never brought a smile to her face. I have a feeling she was already having second thoughts about Jed post filming.

Also, I don't see it as Tyler "deserves" someone better !or that he deserves to be first choice ! I am sorry but Hard Disagree on that ! IMO in 10 years this 1 month won't even matter in their life. Jed won't be matter to them. I think Hannah is an amazing girl who got engulfed into this process and went with the safe choice. She saw safety in Jed and went with him instead of a more risky/he is too good to be true Tyler and no watching it back and how he stood up to her so many times behind her back and always kept the focus on their relationship during their time together it really goes to show he is a man of his words. I don't think she will make the mistake twice of letting him go. He wont let the likes of Jed take her away from him either. He was ok with Jed being F1 because he believed him to be a good person but now i don't think he cares to play nice. I am sure he is going to get her back if he wants to and I think he wants to !!

I personally don’t believe they are NOT broken up...they may be ‘ not engaged ‘ to save face for the more general public ( let’s remember that pretty much all entertainment outlet has picked up Haley’s story and Hannah’s decision following the news) We ( this Forum and spoilers sites) are used to be ahead of the story and many more viewers are clueless about the future episodes. This is groundbreaking because, for once, TPTB is NOT in control of the narrative AT ALL anymore. It’s happening too fast and in real time.  It’s all out there for everyone who wants to know.
So they will keep the facade of being ‘ not engaged’  until the Finale where the BIG REVEAL will [i]shock[ everyone. But I doubt that Hannah will ever do any press WITH Jed.

ETA Just corrected MY own post...to be clear I think they ARE broken up...DONE. Sorry if it was unclear...

I agree - if the engagement has been broken off (and IMO most likely already filmed) but the relationship left "dangling" it's only because TPTB have some other way to show the finality of the breakup; IMO they are now in control of the narrative. In fact, IMO, they possibly have ALWAYS been in control of the narrative - which is why they stayed pretty silent after the People Magazine article about Haley - that was part of the narrative. Silence is not generally a good PR strategy in a crisis unless it actually IS the strategy.

The one thing that has happened only recently was the accidental telling of the story (on the RS podcast) that Jed had cheated on Haley - IMO if Hannah had any doubts about breaking up with Jed that should have pushed her over the edge - but Hannah night have only learned about that yesterday.
