Maybe Kaitlyn asking him when he was going to ask her out on a date on her podcast, was an inside joke between the two of them (or she could have caught him off guard) Perhaps it was their way of starting to go public, after they have been "hanging" together for a month.

That Kaitlyn is a pretty popular member of BN and getting into a relationship with her will keep him relevant and in the spotlight a little longer while he bides his time for paradise? they really like each other?

Until Shawn takes the Boothstowes stories off his Instagram. I can't buy anything.

I like Jason and all and K is my girl. But I don't like them together. I suppose she needs a rebound. I just wish the rebound wasn't in BN.

There is something off with this relationship and I can't quite put my finger on it. I am not on board. "not yet anyways." I still need time to mourn.

I find this situation confusing. Prior I read she asked him, on a podcast, if he was asking her on a date. Then they both IG story their weekend together in a way that looked like a series of dates. Now she says they aren’t dating but have feelings. 
I’ve always thought the initial stage of dating was to determine whether you want to spend more time in the future together. It’s still dating per se - by my definition.
 Getting to an exclusive relationship stage is a different thing.

  Got it. The article quoted the Jan 15 podcast but I get that it was recorded in advance.

It's pretty much the cr*p I expect from her, but I am seriously disappointed in Jason.

Physically, I think they look good together, though.

She upgraded and found a good one IMO but I would have never in a million years have pictured Jason into a girl like Kaitlyn.
