Bachelorette 14 - Becca Kufrin - Episode 9 - July 23rd - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

This ‘ will history repeats itself? ‘ line is as old as the show.. they ALWAYS use it. No way that Ross is ever back on the screen for Becca...does not feed any storyline whatsoever and the price would be way too high ...JMO already we will have some snippet of Arie...maybe next week?

In the initial season preview Becca is seen in a green tank top crying, and she says “nothing can prepare you for this.” In the recent preview for the Monday’s episode she is in the same room wearing the white dress from the evening portion of her date with Garrett (plate and flowers are the same in both). If her crying in the blue floral dress on the bed is from when she sends Jason home, when is this crying in the green tank from? If she’s already sent Jason home then there wouldn’t really be cause for another crying scene this episode because she’s already done the difficult breakup. Wondering what people’s thoughts are about this.

To the bolded...are you referring to the edit or the actual TMZ pictures?

I guess I ask because - I personally don't think to the true unspoiled average viewer its "that obvious" its Garrett, because they keep showing her gushing ITMs about "loving" Blake. Most of what I have read/listened to is split between the two of them. I realize its all a matter of perception.

My friends/mom who are unspoiled (and average viewers) think Blake is F1 but that Jason may have a small chance.

I also think this season is really hard for a lot of people to be unspoiled as the IG information on Garrett was so widespread in the media and it was hard to avoid for most avid watchers, as in most of the articles it said he was the "speculated winner".

@sbolduc I think the unspoiled are always a different breed. With that being said, over the seasons moderating, I find our own unspoiled great sleuths and generally spot on.

So According to RS, it’s confirmed that Jason was eliminated before the overnight date...he was at the MTA taping tonight...

We sleuthed this out before RS confirmed it today.

I know, the line I added mentioning it was eaten by my IPad but it’s in the Jason thread...

It makes sense to me that she would send Jason home before the FS. To me, Jason and Colton were also-rans in her mind. I think even before Thailand she knew that it was down to Garrett and Blake. As for her crying, she may have gotten Jason to the point where he said "I love you." Based on previous conversations, Jason would have known at that point that if he didn't start putting himself out there, and emoting, he was going home. What he didn't know was that he was going home anyway. Hence (maybe) the guilt on Becca's part. She puts a big premium on honesty and she may have felt that she was less than honest with him about his chances with her.

I would go as far to say she knew it was down to Garrett and Blake the first night of the Meat and Geek. Jmo

Jason's role was just another one of those contestants, that "didn't profess his love" soon enough, and when he did it was too late. I'm sure we'll hear all about it in his exit.

@GA , yes, as you said this ‘ not professing his love soon enough’ line will be used as nauseam. So much for being a normal guy, having normal timeline in assessing his feelings and opening up in time to catch the lead. Pretty sad that he got heartbroken and got caught in the ‘ bubble effect’ in thinking he might have more of a chance...But with G’ s playing to Becca’s daddy issues and patterns, it was a slam dunk nevertheless. I am eager / curious to see Becca and Jason reunited at the MTA to observe the dynamic after this time has passed. Will he be playing the ‘ thank you for opening my heart’ card and position himself as potential Bach? Or will there still be feelings and energy between them?
