It seems to me that the reason a lot of us have something to talk about A/L are their "unforced errors". They keep doing things that get people talking albeit mostly in a negative response. They're certainly entitled to do that but they shouldn't be surprised when it doesn't go over well. JMO

I think for the most part, they ignore it or apply a water off a duck's back attitude.  
Regardless of behavior on the spectrum of off the charts horrible to minor snafus, there is going to be negative comments. There will be positive support, too. 
Not engaging is always good. Learning from your behavior is good, too.

Getting back to Arie and Lauren... the pics a couple days ago of Lauren wearing sunglasses on an airplane were so obnoxious but so Lauren. Someone needs to tell her she's not as famous or important as she thinks she is. Arie tried to play it off like she was just kidding around, but based on her past behavior and the obviously staged paparazzi photos and videos from their vacation, I think she actually does think she's that big of a deal.

I don't see Lauren as that type of person. If this were the case, I think she would be posting on SM a lot more often and including bikini shots...the "look at me" posts. Jmo.

not even one post. I have being looking for one bcs she has an amazing body. The girl is humble, very humble indeed. JMO

Lauren deleted her modeling pictures, so while I don't think she minds showing off a little bit, it's not what she is all about. She's what I'd call an introvert with an exhibitionist streak.

Lauren wearing sunglasses is another sign of introversion + exhibitionism. It communicates: You can look at me, but please don't talk to me.

I don't think it's a sign of arrogance, she just isn't much of a talker. She has a lot of non-verbal communication and body language. All IMO.

They're both a little bit socially tone-deaf, which in a way is endearing, I think both mean well and have a good heart. JMO.

Have you ever been on a plane when that sun is in your face....yep, guess the shades can be pulled down but if you are wanting to see where you are going, you can't do that with the shades down.  But seriously.....I don't think anything negative can be taken out of that IMO.  IMO, there isn't anything mean that can be derived from that neither.  Lauren is sooooo NOT thinking she is bigger than she actually is. IMO.   She isn't abnoxious or anything IMO.  All is IMO!

I don't see her that way neither @Mommyof2.  Lauren isn't someone that comes across as being abnoxious, vane, wanting attention and an attention seeker.  She seems to be a loving person that does love Arie....PERIOD.  IMO  I honestly don't see what's so negative about that at all....IMO.

ITA and it appeared Arie was definitely looking like he didn't find it as humorous as she did but she also was just acting her age, IMO. Wonder what other ways their age difference is starting to irritate one or the other? Lauren cleaned up her IG but otherwise she had the typical 25 year old pics. Even the "shake it off" was totally a look-at-me pic IMO.

Alright, I know that many ppl don't like Lauren and Arie, and there are perhaps several good reasons for that to be the case. IMO one of them is not because Lauren goofs around with her sunglasses on a plane. IMO her behavior did not rise to the level of obnoxious nor "look-at-me" nor does it give rise to speculation that there are now "age difference" issues. Considering his dating past I think it's safe to say that Arie is very comfortable with younger women. As for the "obnoxious/look-at-me" part, take a look at the IG pages of the BN contestants and you'll see many more attention-grabbing bikini, topless, shirtless, sexy posing, seeking-attention posts in comparison.
