one thing that i hope doesn't happen in arie's season is the lack of diversity in contestants... diversity makes the show more relatable to me imo and i hope the show doesn't go back to being conservative again imo with arie as the lead

Arie said Amanda's beautiful and she is but, so will be the new women being brought in for him per his specs.

Amanda better not be on Arie's season. She needs to stay off my TV, spend less time on SM and more with her kids  jmo

And there's the problem -- she needs to stay on TV to stay relevant to stay on SM to make money for her kids. Unless she's got a master plan of opening her own salon or becoming a voiceover artist, she'll need to shill as long as possible. Wasn't her "second line" - AKA profession - listed as an esthetician? The social influencer role is a pretty vicious cycle and few leads/contestants have been able to maintain their level of influence. All in my snarky opinion.

Regardless, TPTB seem (IMO) to like Amanda so maybe she'll be one of the returning contestants? There has to be a returning contestant or two, right?!? And I agree with the previous posts, I could see Arie having a sweet spot for her. IMO.

Oh please don't let her show up again on my tv. Just no. And I don't think she's beautiful at all. To me, she looks artificial in every way. Guess she just isn't my type.

I cannot see Arie and Amanda together at all. My opinion of her is similar to someone in their late teens. She IMO has a long way to go before she truly wants to get married. I think, speaking from experience, when you're young, and you have children young, you feel you miss out on a lot.

In the meantime she goes on a reality tv show and everything changes. She's earning apparently a good income, she travels, she hangs out with friends, all good things, but getting engaged and married, I think is several years down the road for her IMHO.

Arie to me is much more established, stable, knows what he wants. He's dated a lot, he knows I'm sure what type of person he is looking for.

Personally, I would not want Courtney Robertson on the show. If they have been on-off FWB for at least 3-4 years--he's not going to just fall in love with her. now. It would have already happened by now. If he wanted to be with her, he wouldn't be doing The Bachelor. JMO

Courtney's already said in one interview that she would not be returning or making an appearance.  The articles around here somewhere.

And I'll pass on Amanda. I've seen more than enough of Duhh to last a lifetime. IMO, it's time for her to stay with her girls.

Oh, yeah, totally - I mean, Amanda is a poor man's Emily Maynard.

Although I don't know if he really has a type if you look at Selma, Coutney, that brunette he dated back in 2014, and Sweet G girl that RS retweeted. He seems to just love all women!

TpTB determine the cast.  While I hope he gets some reasonably aged women.  I think the cast will be just as diverse as if TOG was the lead and maybe even more so than TOG due to Arie's background. I do hope there is diversity but don't think it be less because it's Arie.all imo

Lol, funny and utterly ridiculous at the same. She's going to hate watch. I can see the passion of some fans being invested about the bachelor, oh my! Who he kisses, I don't care unless he's kissing just to. I'm a lovely black woman who loves a good romance and entertainment. Diversity is fine but I rather they pick contestants that the lead wants imo.,

This show was always about the --game? IDK how you would want to label it. Mixed nuts? So that might be as diverse as it gets. JMO
