In one of Rachel's interviews, which I can't seem to find again, she was more effusive than usual about how much her fiance loves her. It almost sounded to me like he was making some kind of sacrifice for her. I don't see a sacrifice from Peter but Bryan's absence from Miami and SM makes me think that he's actually up and moved to be near her already.

Is there any possibility that because this was only a two month season, that no SHVs were provide? I think that is the only hope left for Peter and Rachel shippers.

ETA: she didn't say he was making a sacrifice. It is just my opinion that the intensity of her statement implied something more than the usual support that new bachelor couples give each other.

This season is on the same normal schedule as usual. The Bachelorette season and they have always had SHV's. I don't see this season being any different then the rest

I agree, I thought it was odd that peter posted about there not being an episode since of all the guys he (along with bryan) seems to post the least about upcoming episodes (he's actually never done it before). With his large following, I can see how PR would ask him to post a PSA. As for rachel, she's the lead so it makes sense for her to do it regardless.

pertaining the pics they choose to make the announcement, I personally don't put much stock into them. But one thing I noticed the pics did do is reinvigorate peter/rachel fans, which could be what production wants if they're aiming to get the max out of peter's heartbreak (assuming he's f2) and get a huge crowd to rally behind him as the next bach

I've only seen parts of a couple episodes but I like Peter and would love to see him as the Bachelor.

I say never give up hope I will remain on the Peter Train until the end. He is the only reason I keep watching. If he ends up being F2 so be it. It's not like this will be the first time my first choice doesn't win. And there will still be lots of romance between them whether he's F1 or F2.I am still looking forward to this journey to learn more about him. I'm not sure there is anything TOG can do to make me like him. Just not my cup of tea. JMO.

Truth be told I am still hoping for a foiler.

I wouldn't be surprised if they did tell them to keep people guessing but I don't necessarily think every post made is to mislead. Two spoilers are out I am sure they are happy enough about that. Also Rachel seems slightly over it not sure if she even cares to mislead at this point.

It's not as if SHV are provided or not provided. TPTB want the couple to be together. They encourage it from my understanding.

Rachel's father apparently said that he wished her chosen one had more education, or words to that effect. This sounds more like Peter than Bryan. JMO

IMO it's insulting to either guy if he did talk about her guy the way you posted.

I'm sorry I call judgement on his daughter for even doing the show, expecting a guy with education equalling hers. None  of her f4 have that IMO.

I think it was from a gossip magazine dont think it was true.

The comment was from a gossip magazine, so grain of salt. Two, if Rachel's father is a really an intellectual snob, then honestly the comment could apply to both of her Final 2. Yes, Bryan has a four year degree but as a lawyer, Rachel is still more traditionally educated than him. And for the record, I don't personally believe it matters, nor do I think this is even true. Just saying if one wants to be really nitpicky regarding the comment, it could apply to Bryan or Peter.

I’m going to follow your example and try to keep at least 1% hopeful, because I just can’t shake the feeling something is up this season. The coordinated Peter and Rachel one-on-one date posts yesterday, right after the perfectly timed 4th of July SHV leak of TOG, just seem fishy. So SM evidence that Peter has not had a SHV be damned!

She has said that Peter was her gut choice for the first one-on-one. Both he and she have said there is an inexplicable energy between them. She pretty much said she couldn’t really explain why she was giving the group date rose to Peter in the last episode, a date that Bryan was on too. I think I read that her mother told her follow her gut before she left for the season too. Can’t find the source for that one.

Chris Harrison says "what makes her a great lawyer blocks her trying to find love. She’s very controlling, very methodical very detail oriented but sometimes you have to take your hand off the wheel. That’s not her thing, she wants to fix it and she wants to make it work, but you can’t make love work, that’s not how it works. That was a challenge for her."

Maybe she had to trust her gut with Peter because he was not doing everything she needed to feel 100% sure. She had to let go and hope that he is there to catch her because that's what love requires. I hope so, but I can also see Chris's comment applying to TOG, even more so actually.
