Peter Kraus - Bachelorette 13 - **Sleuthing Spoilers** - #7

@BlueJeanBaby maybe this is the weekend they are allowed to start letting out clues. It seems to happen about this time of the season each year. I was in a game last season so wasn't allowed to read spoilers so I stayed off her most of last season so I don't know when in the season the cooking and orange couch came out. But a lot seems to at this point. It still all points to TOG being F1.

First--I just want to say the tagline of "JMHO unless otherwise noted" does not wash...so be careful.Just saying not that you did anything wrong at all.  You just might want to throw an IMO in there if needed.

In the past, we did have contracts posted on this site. It's been quite awhile and that was before social media played such a large part of the cast's lives.
I wonder now if the contracts reflect certain issues.
Personally, I've noticed how it seems the F1 and F2 do not follow each other the last few seasons, yet will follow most of the other cast. So I wonder if this in itself is production induced rather than a particular cast like/dislike of each other.
It helps establish a rivalry. IMO
I think rather than contractually, it might be more strong suggestion.
I think Bryan, Rachel and Peter appear more naive and least invested in social media than other past cast for instance than lets say Becca, Robby or Janner.
I would not be surprised if TPTB sat down and suggested certain things to be done at certain times with any of them. That is my personal opinion. I don't want to go into it as it has come back to me personally in several various ways quite mockingly this season.
Cast has to learn what battles to fight and what battles are not worth it. I totally agree on this front.
I think with Bryan, he simply does not know what he is doing on social media and does not really care that much. I get that.

@Kashathediva noted! Just added that bit in as the bit about social media contracts and regulation isn't an opinion. But, can edit out if it's controversial to include.

@Tiggerlgh makes sense -- and agree, I think the Pachel ship, sad as I am to say it, is about as above water as Jack was at the end of Titanic. Just think it's curious.

Rachel's latest post also being from the one-on-one even further fuels my "these are production-planned" theory.

OMG seriously! The TPTB are totally messing with us. The posts today from both Peter and Rachel of their one-on-one are clearly designed to keep us Pachel people from giving up after the pool reveal by Bryan.

I think this goes to show the @bluejeanbaby is right - the TPTB do control their SM to some degree.

I don't know for sure. But it is very suspicious to me that both Peter and Rachel would post a picture from their one-on-one date today. Especially after there was pretty much a smoking gun of Bryan being F1 this weekend. At the very least it is co-ordinated. Since  Peter is probably F2, the show has probably asked them to coordinate to keep viewers interested. All just conjecture on my part!

It's good conjecture. IMO The ratings are not great. To clarify, each season of the Bachelorette the ratings get a bit worse and this season is down from last.
And now tonight is another repeat or interruption in the series so that is not good either.  IMO
However, IMO, this particular season it seems production is doing a lot less to promote this show. I don't get it. There seems to be less hype.

Looking at Peters latest IG story it looks like he is still near Madison.  If you look you can see 151 (is a mirror image so looks like 121 in IG). 151 is a highway that runs through Iowa and Wisconsin and runs through/near Madison.

I thought they were actually promoting this season a lot more than usual before and during filming and at the start of the season. I don't know if they've just given up now or moved on to BIP already. They've also got a lot of backlash for the racism storylines, so perhaps they're ready for the season to be over and filed away. I don't see them putting much effort into misleading at this point to be honest, but who knows. I guess it can't hurt. JMO.

Just putting it out there, it's a 2 hr drive from Madison to Chicago, which isn't very far in the entire scheme of things.

Yes, that's already been discussed in several threads.  But if he was with his mother and grandmother over the weekend and in and out of Chicago today, to be back for work, that doesn't leave much time for Rachel.  

I don't see how or why if he's the F1, he couldn't take a day off.  No SHVs doesn't sound like a good relationship and having one for a day or two, somewhere near him, while he comes and goes and she's not his soul focus doesn't sound any better to me.

ETA:  I just don't see why his job seems more important than hers or spending that needed SQT with her, that all past couples have used and mentioned how important that time is to really build the foundation of the relationship with.  Going public and starting life togethers gonna be all kinds of akward and doesn't bode well for the relationship, IMO, if they haven't spent much more than filming time together and only communicating by phone or FaceTime.  But that's JMO

ETA #2: and this is one of the main reasons I can't get behind the idea he's F1.

I've pretty much given up on Rachel and Peter sadly after this weekend's SM posts of Bryan, Rachel and Peter.   The only way Peter could be F1 would be if there are no SHVs, and all three are paid to misdirect on SM. Plus there is the matter of Bryan being missing in action and never being spotted anywhere  

And because Rachel has been so obvious about who she picked in her interviews, I will find it hard to keep watching because I'm not interested in Bryan at all. If she had been more tempered in her clues, I might still have a little bit of hope.  Now I have none. Oh well, that's the way the cookie crumbles this time.

Maybe I'm being too negative? Is there any way Peter could be F1 at this point?
