In one hand we have a guy who turns a lover after friendship and on the other we have the reverse lover before friendship. IMO

this is quite interesting and I understand why some fans are split as they may relate to one or the other better. IMO

For me, I believe it is all about butterflies from the start. Either the lead had them, either she did not. I am not a huge believer about a lead who takes time in this speed dating process. too late is definitely too late IMO

Yes, her multiples faces (shared in the SC thread) she made was definitely frustration indeed
but so far his stiff attitude goes back from episode 1, no matter if she jumped on him... he did not seem to reciprocate up to that point IMO

Whether is was in that moment, or it was what took him so long up until epi 6, to me shows, she is trying to pull out his affection for her. Her message to him, it's ok to kiss me, I want you to kiss me, what's taking you so long to kiss me.

Just the way I see it.

This isn't about liking or not liking the F1 or F2. It's about sleuthing and what is it telling us. By gathering information which takes hours of time, we post our opinions. If my opinion is he didn't intentionally go on the show to find love, maybe started to fall for the girl, and is now taking his popularity and turning it to his advantage, doesn't mean I don't like him.

We don't need a reminder that it was part of his experience. We get that. Which posts indicate that we are assuming this never happened for him?

My observations are edit, body language s/caps and behaviour post filming. He isn't going to be crushed two months after filming IMO. They move on, and they have every right too. Are we to mourn a relationship that never happened? I'm not. What exactly are we suppose to say post filming, two months later? There are fan threads to enjoy whatever relationship they had.

Previous F1's remain quiet on SM. We have been sleuthing for years, and we look at patterns to add to the clues column. Peter has not been quiet on SM IMO.

Sleuthing threads are to figure out what exactly is going on in their lives post filming. Moving, starting a new business venture, being active on SM tells me he's not on a SHV. Postive or negative, or whatever, those are the facts we have right at this moment.

And that makes perfect sense. What I was referring to is when people take a post and make inferences from that post about someone's character (i.e fame ho, attention seeker, self centered) I don't see how that's sleuthing but whatever. I'm either not making sense or just

I do feel like she is chasing him more than he is her. I also think his edit is F1. That being said, I can see her going with the safe choice of Bryan. Haven't posted in a while, but really enjoying this season.

She actually said in an interview that we as viewers should expect to see her struggle between someone who offers a challenge which is what she usually goes for (Peter being somewhat hard to get) vs someone who has it all together which is what she usually runs from (Bryan with her early declaration of love). This very clearly sets up the Peter vs Bryan edit.. It also kind of implies that this time she's choosing a different path, the "too good to be true" and the slow burn is to describe her process of getting there. It's almost TOO obvious!

It's opinions, based on sleuthing whatever they see on SM, media articles, or whatever. Generally there has to be a reason for one to think that? If there is SM activity such as changing bio's to add a info@contactemail, (which I follow closely for because a lot of them do it) signing up with a marketing firm, posting pics of themselves that may be an indication they are looking to garner popularity.

Peter isn't the first contestant that has taken advantage of his time on the show, he isn't the last. I personally don't care what they do after they are done on my tv. If they use it in a positive manner then I give them credit. He went from a few hundred followers to thousands. He should take advantage of his popularity.

If there are updates posted and they are positive in nature, they'll get compliments from me. If they are fame attention seekers, like many before him, then I may add my opinion. I said the same about Josh Murray when he was clearly a favourite on SM and in the tabloids. It's my opinion at the time. People change, sometimes for the better and sometimes like Robby OTT.

The same could be said about if I see a contestant as genuine, real, selfless, etc... those are also inferences and just my opinion. And while many opinions may be based on sleuthing, even then they don't have to be in the realm of specific sleuthing (such as for s/caps, SHV, etc) for an opinion to be posted about a contestant as long as it is within forum rules and on the contestant - regardless of whether it's positive, negative, or neutral. IMO, there's no right or wrong and no opinion better or worse just because of what type of opinion it may be. They're all valid. It's just different strokes for different folks and no different from any other season.

I think this is a pretty cool 4th of July pic whether you support Peter as F1 or not. JMO

Is it at all possible that some of the SM posts could be producer driven? Like Peter's 4th of July pic, Bryan's swimming pool pic, baseball hats, pics with babies, moving pics, or staying off SM? I am so suspicious of TPTB that nothing would surprise me.

I don't think it would be farfetched for TPTB to suggest certain things or encourage certain things.
I'm wondering after the mess with Kaitlyn if there is anything specific involved in the contract now. IDK and don't know what that could be.

@Rolly I think they may have some control/guidance but it's still these guys personal accounts. Like I think they may have told Peter to be quiet this weekend what they can't control is the guy in Chicago seeing him and posting his pic.

@Tiggerlgh @Kashathediva This is the point I was trying to make in the SM thread. A lot of this comes across as planned in some way IMO (otherwise, it doesn't make sense that post-Kaitlyn SnapchatGate, all of these posts would be rolling out on a weekend that is known to be one the main revealers of the F1 based on social media activity among leads and the F2).

It's also not out of the realm of possibility for the photo being posted--even on personal accounts--to need some sort of approval by TPTB. Whenever someone is contracted (by a brand, network, or otherwise) to post on behalf of the contractor, there is always an approval process in place unless ABC hasn't figured out a way to work that into the paperwork. (Speaking from experience, as I work in advertising and branded content, and there are strict rules associated with social engagement on any level.)

What falls on the spectrum of 'allowed' versus 'not allowed' is likely loose, but all of this does somewhat explain why Bryan's photo included the icons in the right corner -- it was likely taken on Instagram, NOT posted upon realization that the post needed approval, screenshotted and sent for approval, and the screenshot was posted instead of the original.
