Every lead is different. I remember in one of her interviews Rachel said something like she expected her guys to be more aggressive in Meet&Greet?
Did Rachel say in interviews she likes to be chased? Can someone confirm? TYIA

@sfrank I always go back to your avatar of what Josiah said to Dean and what Peter said similar to Dean because it says it all to me regarding Peter and is now my go-to reaction to anything Peter says/does

IMO the edit is showing us Rachel chasing Peter to set up the usual lead's hand wringing, pacing, long walk of reflection about the final 2, "agony" over choosing, then that lightbulb moment of clarity that magically occurs every time lead wakes up on the morning of the FRC. I think TPTB long ago accepted spoilers will be out there, some will believe spoilers, some won't, TPTB still have to edit to create suspense as to which of final 2 will be F1.

I think she's genuinely chasing him and they have a deep emotional connection, I don't think this is all edit for the light bulb. Probs why he seems so salty now imo.

I do feel like she is chasing him more than he is her. I also think his edit is F1. That being said, I can see her going with the safe choice of Bryan. Haven't posted in a while, but really enjoying this season.

This used to be seen as a positive, i.e. "watch the feet".  But now I just don't know.

I don't see her chasing either of the F2 as much as e have seen at times in the past. IMO. It's just very obvious she was really only into two this year. She really is easy to read imo.

Haha! The drama lover in me sometimes wonders what would have happened if Luke did end up being the Bachelor and his shenanigans came out later on. Maybe Peter could make that a reality. It's the only upside for me if he ends up being the Bachelor.

Should be interesting.
I would rather not see him as TB only because this season has been so DRAGGED out IMO and I personally have had enough of Petey and his branding. It certainly did not help that I had that image of him being Luke 2.0 burned into my brain early pre-season sleuthing.

@BachelorBabe512   yes what Josiah said to Dean and subsequently what Peter said to Dean in the deleted scene pretty much the same thing IMO they both said about Bryan not coming back (Peter with "talk talk talk and burning out and hoping B leaving). Fixed my post for clarification.

@AllAboutLove No worries, I just couldn't remember Peter talking in that scene . Nevertheless, love that meme.

For me a lead is chasing when she he/she is always seeking out the one they like the most. They are looking to sit near them, or there is eye contact more often than not. They are flirty when they have alone time, with shyness babyish behaviour. Touchy feely when they are together.

The other person reciprocates. JoJo/Jordan Katilyn/Shawn I have not seen that with Peter from the beginning and to the HTD's from the SM that we have. His body language isn't telling me he is interested in chasing her back. To me this is more like DeAnna/Graham although I don't think Rachel was instantly all about Peter like DeAnna was with Graham.

Rachel is IMO pushing him to show her what he has. I'm sure we'll see him opening up when it's apparently too late. The storyboard if he is TB, IMO will be he has to put it all out there, be vulnerable, and all that jazz.

@BachelorBabe512 yeah I don't even think he was in that scene, not that I recall either and the only tie for me was him saying similar in his conversation with Dean. IA, that meme is great

bc for me that was a BIG clue that for the first time ep6 he took the initiative to kiss her..... which is i far away from chasing, flirting, trying make a move, to show his interest. ...... episode 6. a lonnnnnnnnng time considering the speed of the show IMO

In one hand we have a guy who turns a lover after friendship and on the other we have the reverse lover before friendship. IMO

this is quite interesting and I understand why some fans are split as they may relate to one or the other better. IMO

For me, I believe it is all about butterflies from the start. Either the lead had them, either she did not. I am not a huge believer about a lead who takes time in this speed dating process. too late is definitely too late IMO
