If what jasmine says is true and others back her and video proves it ..would demario be able to sue for defamation and termination or whatever ? he probably would make a fortune? This is all so sad  jmo

This whole situation has really bothered me the past few days. It's been so bad that I haven't really wanted to come to the forum because I knew that I would not be able to not read about it. I feel so strongly in my heart that the real victim in this situation is ultimately going to be Demario. It is very telling imo that he isn't placing blame, just wants the truth out there. However, even once the truth is out there, if it ever will be, it will be too late. His character is being tarnished in a way that is going to be irreparable imo. I have read comments calling him racial slurs, saying that he should be lynched, and that he is a rapist. Reading that he has lost his job hurts.

I had suspected from the beginning that he would be the 'fall guy' - it is very sad to watch that play out

Oh boy...this will probably not end well for Corrine if she is exaggerating this. I'm not so secretly delighted that that's what it looks like more each day. Not only will she get her comeuppance, but nobody was sexually assaulted in the process. Win win for me.

How can she be exaggerating if she doesn't remember anything though? That's the thing about this situation IMO, it's not black and white. Just because she seemed totally willing and fine at the time, while drunk, or the next day, when she possibly didn't even remember what exactly had happened, it doesn't mean she can't feel all kinds of ways about it now after all the conflicting reports and the media hoopla. Has she actually accused Demario of assaulting her anywhere or are all the reports suggesting that simply accredited to her? The statement is kind of dodgy and too open for interpretation, but it was obviously written by her lawyer, so it's no surprise if it doesn't sound like her. JMO.

Obviously I hope the facts come to light in some kind of official manner and Demario's name is cleared once and for all. It's unfortunate if he lost his job because of all the rumours.

I agree with you about DeMario ....with everything I have read and seen all he wants is the footage of the tapes released. I highly doubt that he r*ped her or did anything to harm her if he had he would been arrested already and would not want the footage to come out so badly which he himself has seen.  I have also seen the comments and they just make me sick. He has lost his job and his reputation due to this unfortunate situation.  

I would really like that nobody gets any money or settlement out of this but imo if anybody deserves it is him.

I have no idea what really happened with Corrine and I will not judge her till the facts come out.

I have to agree, but think the same consideration should be given to Demario. We don't know that he did anything wrong, or had any devious or criminal intentions. Last we heard, he was minding his own business in the pool when Corinne presented her lady bits in his face. I would say he could claim assault. Some of the reports when this first happened did not name Corinne, but named him. That is just wrong. Corinne doesn't get a pass just because she is a woman. If she did wrong, then she should be called on it, just the same as Demario if he did wrong. Neither of their names should have been out there.

i just read RS and he says that the producers regret what has happened and wish they could take it all back??they didnt expect it to go this far?? wtf does that mean?? what were they expecting just more drama on tv?? im confused and wish it was all settled already.... maybe if C's nanny was there looking after her they wouldn't be in this mess.....JMO

Sorry but it sounds like Corrine doesn't want to take accountability for her actions and is trying to be the victim. Absolutely sad for real victims around the real world.

I believe Jasmine's story because I do not think she would talk and allow her name to be used if it wasn't 100% true. IMO, Corinne is an alcoholic hoe who claimed she was assaulted bc she knew she screwed up. IMO, she probably thought having her BFF producer file a complaint and then lawyering up would scare ABC and they would just settle. I hope they take her to court and embarrass the hell out of her. And if they do, I hope DeMario sues Ms. Platinum Vagine.

I have a question. If Corinne continued to drink after being with DeMario and then was with 3 other men doing other things, well, what about those things? Is there no issue with those things and with those men?

It's beginning to sound like Corrine was okay with the events that took place until TPTB told her she was going home. When you add her friend's (shadow producer) opinion of how the events at Paradise could not continue, Corrine got on board. How can Corrine spin the fact that she was having a great time and next thing you know, she's not welcome for another day of filming. She does have a clothing line to sell after all.

I do wonder if these two producers who filed complaints have history with such in reality tv and that caused their knee jerk reactions. I say knee jerk because apparently it sounds like maybe in hindsight they wish they had handled their concerns a little differently.

I do totally understand the handler being upset but at the same time, they have to first hold Corrine accountable and at least try to influence decisions she's making while in Paradise.
