Bachelorette 13 - Rachel Lindsay - Episode 2 - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

To me Peter's eyes when he looks at her and him smiling at her especially during the night portion told me that he was into Rachel. I do agree at this point that Rachel was more into him than he into her. I liked how he handled himself though. Not over-the-top and gushing because it was their first date after all.
I said before that he just seems too normal for this show. I'm interested to see if/when his feelings for Rachel develop on a deeper level, how he'll handle himself with her going out on other dates with other guys.
All IMO.

Honestly with this show, if the guy is even slightly reserved and not OTT ready to propose by episode 2, people say 'they're not into the lead'. Like last season, most people thought Jordan wasn't into Jojo, and I never understood it, it seemed obvious to me that Jordan was into her just like it seems obvious to me that Peter's into Rachel.  I prefer the people who have a more real life approach (as real life as you can get on this show) rather than the ones like Robby who professed his love on their first 1-1. Not only is this their first 1-1, but they literally only met like 3 days ago at this point, and this is the first time they're spending any extended period of time together. All JMO.

Anyone notice when Peter got the one on one date card, he did the same bow to the guys as he did to Rachel on the Ellen date? Must be one of his signature moves. Too adorable IMO

I'm more curious to see Rachel's reactions to any jealousy or lack thereof. I wouldn't say this if I hadn't seen the softer Rachel with Peter but now I think that she'll actually be irritated if he's not a little jealous and unhappy by the FD's IMO she can be a drama queen with her man up there with the best of em.

@Alanna I saw a little jealousy on Ellen it was very subtle, it happen when Bryan brag about she is a good kisser, Bryan look over at Peter and he was not smiling but the way he turn his head just something that caught my eyes. I might be wrong though. MHO

I have a feeling we will see a little jealousy especially if Peter doesn't get another one on one until week 7. Can't wait to see it. JMO

I found Peter's (and Will's) reaction telling when Bryan boasted he had kissed Rachel; you can see him purse his lips and look down. It's pretty obvious to me that Peter is feeling jealous and territorial here. Yet he didn't feel the need to put his and Rachel's business out there. It's fascinating to me that people are saying that Peter isn't into Rachel because I don't see it at all. Usually, I'm good at being a devil's advocate to myself, and maybe it's because I have my shipper goggles on, but the way that Peter looks at Rachel (with stars in his eyes) and engages with her indicates to me that he's already pretty darn invested. Plus, maybe it's because I have shamelessly social media stalked him to see pictures with his exes. As hot as he is, he just isn't super smooth and grabby with the ladies--which I appreciate.

Did you not also hear him asking Rachel when she said a friend is coming on the date he asked is it an ex boyfriend yesterday. check it out. In that Ellen tape too you see them sneaking a peak at each other, especially after Ellen mention that kiss when they came out, you could see Rachel looking at Peter to see his reaction, he was serious and just when she turn he smile.

Thanks guys!! I feel relieved that he's capable of hinting towards unhappiness about this issue since I think it'll be important to her shortly here.
