Raven Gates - Bachelor 21 - Discussion - #2

Probably next weekend.  The last few Ette seasons have started filming around my birthday.

I thought filming was Mid March. I remember one year it was March 9.
So I guess where my thinking is--it's not over for Raven joining Rachel until the fat lady sings.
Happy early bday. March bdays are great, IMO.

IIRC because I'm too lazy to go look for old filming schedules, it's usually the Friday after the FRC.

So, 3 left going into the final stretch and Rachel gives Raven a note at the RC. WHY?
Possible reasons:
1. Rachel thought she was staying and the note was a gracious goodbye to Raven.
2. Rachel knew she was leaving and the note was a "good luck" to Raven.
3. Rachel thought Vanessa was leaving and the note was a good luck may the best girl win note   IMO that would be the weirdest because we're talking about a prospective engagement at the end.

Thoughts?

I went to look for the post to have another look and that's when I noticed Rachel's reply, rooting for her in every way, (as posted on the previous page) with a wink emoji.

I would think by the sound of Raven's post, it was something sweet to Raven that Rachel knew or thought she was leaving and wanted to say something kind to Raven. That's another thing, no note for Vanessa. She could have slipped it in Raven's hand at their goodbyes or at least I hope it was done with her back to Vanessa rather in plain view for Vanessa to see IMO.

Sometimes I think, partially the reason why Nick was so comfortable with Rachel was because he new as well. All IMO

If it's 1 or 2 it also shows that Rachel knew Vanessa would be continuing - process of elimination.

I think it was probably something along the lines of "Whatever happens, we'll always be friends". That was the last time they would see each other before it was all over, so I don't think it was specific to the outcome of that rose ceremony. JMO.

Sounds plausible.  Rachel was very encouraging to both Dominque, Taylor, and Corinne in scenes during epis.  She gave them advice on how to advance their relationships with Nick.  
Raven and Rachel do have a "sweet" friendship post-show.

I think Nick would have insisted on making sure the shots have Raven and Rachel clothe...and, TPTB can spring whatever info they want to insinuate what has happened during the FS... I remember Nick mentioning that there are some moves, he isn't comfortable doing with Corinne, but then he opens up after second thoughts because he wants to get some reactions from the girls...

Wow...I have been on various Bachelor fan forums forever...probably since Andy Baldwin season when there was the crazy Bevin vs. Tessa wars.

I am shocked that there are no fans making case for Raven?! What the heck. It's very strange season.

Poor Raven will go down as least credible f2 in history of show.

Yeah. Totally agree. I'm so used to the huge fan wars late in the game. There is almost always some super strong fight between two contestants - I'm thinking like Lauren vs. JoJo, Shawn vs. Nick, Josh vs. Nick, Brooks vs. Chris, Molly vs. Melissa, Jef vs. Arie, Ed vs. Reid and so on....

This year not so much. I didn't consider Robby a true contender last season either though. Vanessa and Jordan REALLY had it in the bag with similar edits. Jordan/Vanessa vs. broken hearted JoJo/Nick. Not so much viable competition between them and someone else.
