I have heard on 3 different places now that the complaint that was filed was a .3rd party complaint that relates to exposure to sexual harassment in the work place. Which means they weren't the party to the harassment but it was going on in their workplace and made them uncomfortable and it is actually a very legit complaint to file. It means they don't have to witness it but just have proof that it occurred

JMO but her making that statement, and hiring this big lawyer...not siding with anyone (too much conflicting info).
But it has to be more than what RS said he was told....idk

IMHO these huge lawyers wouldn't be taking a case with no base. They have their reputation on the line too, they're not just after big paychecks. It also sounds like Corinne might have fired the publicist, as she wanted a more experienced one, not that the publicist fired her. Jmo

^^^ I don't agree with that this guy represents Chris Brown and Charlie Sheen his moral compass isn't the best to begin with. Also he hasn't seen any video or anything yet and is solely going off her account which considering the source isn't going to be great

I don't know the facts of exactly what occurred that night, but I do think that there will be ample things that Corrine will be able to use in her favor of having a case against the show. IMO. Kaboom!

It's good to know that Corinne is going forward with defending herself and this whole mess wasn't for nothing...which makes it doubtful that the producers who filed the complaints wish they could "take it back" or whatever RS said today. jmo.

You don't get any evidence released the day you sign as someone's lawyer. There are steps that have to be taken before disclosure is given. You can request the tapes but there's no way ABC will just turn them over without being ordered to or without a legal proceeding taking place

Yowza, you can't make this stuff up. Forget Unreal, this is high drama and unbelievable but yet...

Interesting that in Corinne's new statement she now has a "little" memory from that night. I wonder how that jives with her previous statements of being in a blackout state with no memory. I expect this is because the tapes show her having memory. It is also no accident that Corinne's new statement uses words like victim and therapy IMO. If WB/ABC/TPTB think they can prove that Corinne was not legally a victim....I wonder if they will buckle up for the fight rather than settle the case. Marty Singer is a heavyweight but so is WB/ABC/TBTB. This is going to be an interesting contest between titans IMO.

Wow this is messier by the minute. A bit ironic that TPTB begged her to be on the show. Bet they regret that now. And she wanted to stay out of the "drama." Whatever the truth is, I hope it comes to light.
