Ok I have to defend mama H, she has a LONG way to go before she reaches even lite MM levels IMO .

^^ IDK. She said some kind of crazy stuff during MTP. Waaaay too invested in whomever Ben was going to "plant his stake with."  

She doesn't troll people on SM. I'll give you that. Good job Mama Higgins.

His own mother is right up there next to Mama Murray.  Just a touch too invested and involved. The only thing separating MM and MH is MH isn't on twitter.

I do think MH may be a little to hand holdy and involved in talking Benji up and down of the ledge when needed.  But I don't think she's anywhere near as bad as MM, that level of crazy is far beyond anything MH is capable of, IMO.  MM is in a class of her own.

@sosleepy I think she's definitely invested and maybe more attached to her only child than most parents, but MM is in her own category for sure IMO .

What's even crazier, is that even with how crazy Ben's mom was in regards to wanting him to pick JoJo, there was that scene that never aired, but the bachelor Twitter account tweeted out that showed her hysterically crying about wanting him to pick JoJo. She's so lucky that never aired in the episode and that they actually deleted it off of Twitter. She was freaky in that (not MM level though ). She even went as far as to say "JoJo is more my style" like she was looking for a BFF

I'm no Lauren fan, but when it comes to Ben and the season, she repeatedly has gotten the short end of the stick. It's been one thing after the other for her when it comes to this relationship. I'm surprised she's stayed this long. I would have been out real quick. JMO

In all fairness, Ben might be a great guy, but he is not a guy ready for marriage. IMO
This isn't Lauren's fault or his mother's fault. It's who Ben is.
When you are a mature adult, imo, you accept who you are and not who you are because of your mom or your gf or ex gf. Those things may mold you, but they don't define you. JMOAA
Hopefully, he will mature some more and grow from whatever it is he is going through and benefit from it.

I am pretty sure inside info during filming indicated Ben's family was extremely ecstatic and team Lauren from the get go. Nothing inside was ever mentioned about JoJo. I don't think my memory is failing me. I am pretty sure it is not.

I honestly think Ben likes to be single Ben more than relationship Ben. Nothing wrong with that. I just wish he was more real with what he wants in life instead of dragging Lauren around for the hell of it.

Yeah, I was sleuthing all season long, and I don't recall anything being posted about inside info about the Higgins being team lauren, but I guess I could have missed it.

That was one heck of an acting job by Ben's mom if that's the case. If that's true, she's even crazier than I thought  There's going along with the storyline that producers ask you to do and then there's what Ben's mom did.
