RS implied today in his reader emails column that he doesn't think that Ben and Lauren will make it down the aisle (said that he's saving $ because he won't have to buy them a wedding gift).

RS says that about all of the couples. His opinion is probably the last person I'd want to know Unless he states something as fact, he's useless IMO.

Yeah. According to him the last 2 franchise couples will be breaking up, just a matter of time. I hope everyone proves him wrong.

He's so blatantly terrible. He literally said he had zero info on them weeks ago. Guess he needs to sound credible.

I think in the end. Ben and Lauren will realize like Ali did. It wasn't a bad relationship it was real. But they are just not meant to be together.

They are just trying right now. But in the end they will go their separate ways. They will appreciate what they learned about themselves, be sad for a while. And then move on.

IMO.

At this point nothing would surprise me, though it would be a nice full circle moment if they managed to overcome their issues and actually make it work.

I wouldn't be saving up for a wedding gift for these two either so I agree with RS there. Lol

Time will tell.

People believe RS when they don't care for the couple. He's a a$$ who makes sweeping claims based on biased opinion of third party sources at best when they like the couple.



(That being said, I wonder if they are hanging on longer because of Twin HEA obligations.)

^How sad for them if those obligations are part of keeping them together at this point. For their sake, I hope not but I've never been under contract and the presssure that brings.

I think they're still together because they're trying, however half heartedly that may be, IMO. They're spending some time together at least, they got each other Vday gifts (I think, someone correct me if I'm wrong), appear to keep sharing a home sorta in Denver. Idk how much of the trying is because they think the relationship is truly viable long term or how much is because it's embarrassing to breakup, no one likes to be wrong, they had their life planned together in their minds, pressure essentially etc. Either way I think they're together for more than HEA Dumb and Dumber Edition.

I tend to think there is more making them hang on besides Twin HEA. That wouldn't make Lauren go back to Denver and actually spend QT with Ben for the last little while. I think the time apart was deliberate, and now it seems they are deliberately spending more time together. 

I will always believe they were real with honest intentions for each other. If it doesn't work out, it's another Ali/Roberto situation where they loved each other and tried, but at the end of the day they just aren't meant for each other. And that's ok. That's no crime.

Of course if they do work out and get through this, that's pretty awesome and kudos to them.

Time will tell.

I'm sure not getting a gift from Blogger Boy would be devastating for any couple.

How about giving the money to charity if a couple splits, instead of trashing them and saying I tolda so.

That would be a wonderful gesture.
I don't understand the personal satisfaction anyone gets from a couple's break up. He certainly is not going to be dating one the exes. It does not effect his life in any way, so why wish ill? I don't understand.
