Awhile is a subjective word. What is awhile for a man maybe be different for a female. Awhile for a 25 yr old is a different for a 55 yr old. A while for someone in good physical health is not the same for someone in compromised health.
It's not good either way.

I wasn't specifically referring to anyone. In general, I've seen comments alluding to Kaitlyn being an alcoholic in this forum. Not here to police people's opinions or suppositions. I'm just simply stating my thoughts that it isn't fair nor is it right to call someone an alcoholic without the necessary screening/diagnostic tools.

In terms of functional alcoholics.... I've seen them maintain their habit of 3-5 drinks a day over decades, while working jobs and raising families. It usually isn't until they have to go to the ER for a related health problem that the alcoholism gets addressed.

For what it's worth, it's entirely possible to drink every day and not be an alcoholic... there are entire cultures (in places like Europe) where daily drinking is the norm (even at work over lunch)... IMO you either have the disease/addiction gene or you don't (from my experience)...but certainly don't think it's an inevitable outcome of regular consumption.

I like Kaitlyn and think she has a lot of spunk and charisma but her drinking is OTT. She reminds me of kids in high school who would think it's sooo coool to drink and get drunk. The difference is they were 16 and she's 32. She tries to pass it off as light and funny and her "brand" but I think there's enough of a reason to be concerned.

I actually think Kaitlyn looks fine in that pic. She's always been pretty thin. That said, she does drink a LOT. Her weirdness on Jimmy Kimmel before Nick's season was definitely due to having drank before. Also, I swear I remember reading here that Shawn significantly cut back on drinking himself because after the season they were drinking too much (they were, it was clear from SM).

I hope that doing the podcast gives her some direction. She probably should have started something like that a while back (although it's possible she couldn't due to contract issues).

@umngirl Thanks. I don't know why I just didn't get it. Actually I still don't. Brady tells her to stop. Is she complaining her body isn't fit to wear a b/suit?

@nikikass IA there's nothing wrong with K's body IMHO.

Yeah GA she is mighty and tiny and there is nothing wrong with her body at all... I love Kaitlyn. But some of us are swim suit models and some of us are not.

That is a okay. We all cant be good at everything.

I'm not, even when I was thinner I didn't wear two pieces.

She gets or used to get, so many horrible comments about her body, I hope she doesn't think there is anything wrong with her. I don't look at her SM just what I've read here. I hope that has let up as time went on.

She has posted some great thoughts on that.  Some days she deals with it great and some days well she is Feisty Kaitlyn in her replays.

But always witty with it.    

It's almost like you tell if she is PMSing by the snarkiness of her posts...I love it....
