He seemed a little heartbroken that it didn't work out with Jen. Maybe disappointed is a better word.

I don't think so though, they say "Nick has had his heartbroken 3 times" then show him with Andi, Kaitlyn, and Jen. So imo they are referring to Jen... I just don't think heartbroken is accurate.

It can be heartbroken because he was hoping for something and it did not come. IMHOAA

I guess that's what they are trying to say with it, but I don't think he was heartbroken at all over Jen. Heartbroken isn't how you feel when you dump someone because you don't feel a connection imo. Yea he liked Jen as a person and felt bad to hurt her, but I wouldn't call it heartbroken. I don't think Jen should be in the same category as Kaitlyn and Andi. jmo.

IMO one can be heartbroken even as the one who initiates the breakup.

Heartbroken works in Andi and Kaitlyn situations. Unsuccessful would be the more accurate word when associating the Jen situation but I think heartbroken is a more emotionally impactful word/phrase overall so they went with it.

I doubt TPTB put much thought into that "3 times" because in all reality it probably was more than that. He did have at least 2 long term relationships prior to ever being connected to this show. Anyway, I don't think TPTB always put great thought into some of their stuff.

He was on the franchise 3 times so what's TPTB to say? He was heartbroken 2 times and broke someone's heart once? It's just a way to (hopefully) make the audience feel for him and most importantly, tune in to watch him finally find the love of his life. Jmo.

IMO, that pretty much sums it up! On this show, his heart has struck out 3 times. It's his turn to rewrite his ending! I so hope he was able to do just that with the right match for him whoever she turns out to be.

Great job everyone on the sleuthing. You guys are amazing. Nick has never looked better imo. Frankly I am over him shirtless and the tptb reference to Andi and Kaitlyn's seasons. It's old
