Not sure how significant her date is going to be to propel her to the top F5/6 but if she is the house spy it might matter. Could be, she knows him or of him as well.

Rachel and Keira were commenting on Alex and Richie having their first conversation in Ep. 1 saying “it’s like love at first sight”

Watching epi 5 now. Alex and Richie's date was very sweet. That kiss was something else! However, the extra time with Nikki shows me once again how different he is around her. He turns into mush with her IMO. I'm still going with Nikki as F1.

Alex might be moving into F2 position in my mind, but I need to see more. He makes it clear that having children is something he wants but it has to be at the right time. He also talks about the responsibility of getting into a relationship with someone who has a child. IDK I don't think she's the F1 for that reason. He also mentioned he wants to get to know Alex more on a deeper level. That tells me he's not at the same level as he is with Nikki which IMO is crazy about her.

I think he is trying to give everyone an chance.

Does anyone at this stage believe that Nikki is hidden? Or if they are editing this show in an all together different way from past seasons?

I don't think Nikki is hidden at all. First out of the limo, first single date, first to have second one-on-one time with him, showing him coming up to her at cocktail parties. It seems too obvious. But it is a different production company this year, so who knows?!

After last night’s ep and Alex’s date I honestly can’t see anyone else winning. Even though the odds are against her and SM completely bash’s the poor girl.. based on what I saw last night I will be completely shocked if she’s not F1. Here’s why….

Now I’m definitely no body language expert or psychologist but I did study Criminology at Uni which focused quite a bit on the study of the psychology of deception through body language and speech. This is how I personally perceived last night’s ep.

I saw quite a dramatic contrast between the date he had with Alex last night in comparison to any other dates thus far, especially Nikki’s last night (perhaps because they were right after each other).

After watching Richie last season and so far this season this is what I gather.. When he doesn’t feel comfortable or doesn’t know what to say he pauses a lot and seems really awkward. He uses go-to repetitive filler words like “awesome” and “amazing” and feels the need to overly reassure certain girls in situations. He’s subconsciously over working his actions to hide his underlying thoughts. We see this when he feels the need to says things like “nice kiss” after every other kiss he’s had so far (beside Faith because we didn’t see it). Repetition is also seen as disingenuous, especially when repeated with more than one girl, as he can’t think of anything else to say in that moment (which he shouldn’t need to feel the need to say anything, but subconsciously for some reason he does). The fact he’s commented on his kiss with Nikki twice now and Megan speaks to that. And idk about you but I’ve never been in the situation where I’ve felt the need or had someone else comment on a kiss.. and I’ve never heard of anyone else ever being in that situation either, unless they’ve been lying. However with Alex his conversation was fluent and natural and seemed really sincere. He didn’t stutter as much or jumble his words up it just seemed to flow with ease. His facial expression was extremely relaxed, his smile was bigger than usual and he looked genuinely comfortable. He also used new words like “ignite” and “fireworks”. I don’t want to comment on their kiss (because it’s cringe-worthy ) but I think if you compare it to others you’ll find its obviously a lot more passionate. And all he could say after was “wow”.

But that’s just my personal take on it, editing could very well fool me and there’s still plenty more to come!

I completely agree! He did say that he is very comfortable around Alex too and that he feels like he can be himself around her and that's what he loves. I do feel that Alex and Richie do have a special connection as compared to Nikki and Richie which do too! You can't compare it as they both have different connections which is the tricky but. THEYRE BOTH COMPLETELY DIFFERENT !! But I do feel as if Richie won't drag Alex to F2 and dump her. I believe she will either be F3.. Who knows maybe Nikki isn't F1 after all (although that's hard to believe )

The chemistry between them is through the roof!!! wow...and Alex knows how to be demure but also flirt just the right amount... I haven't seen their compatibility yet. actually I don't see Richie being his full self in his full personality at anytime so far...
I think his discomfort around women is hindering him a bit from breaking the ice...

When was it sleuthed that Keira is eliminated? I don't now how much more of this woman I can take. She is so rude and entitled.
