I think one reason that they narrate or splice in comments during kissing scenes (from the people themselves or others) is to break up the kissing scene. They do not want us to be able to accurately gauge how many kisses and how spicy the kisses were. By constantly inserting comment clips they break up the kissing into little snippets. That way it is much more difficult for us to know who she kissed and who she totally made out with. By using comments of MOT or other people, those not getting much airtime from the date itself.

Yes, but what satisfaction are you getting from it Mia or anyone that thinks their guy is F1. Don't you want that same time I'm getting. You're losing that time by someone's annoying narration. I've gotten plenty on my end and am very satisfied with their 'love story'. What should have been a great moment for Jo & Chase was ruined I thought by Derek crying and crying, ha, etc. What should've been a great moment with Jo & Jordan in that hot tub was ruined by Chase/Luke-did you Jordan fans like that? It should've been special, but it wasn't. He got interrupted on that boat date as well! Robby has as well. Another thing, we actually DO see them kissing during the narrating, as a 'fan' that wouldn't satisfy me.

^As a viewer, yes, I find the interruptions annoying, but it also serves 2 other purposes for tptb. It shortens the kissing scenes for Jojo which keeps her from looking like a big hussy and protects the feelings of the F1 for when the show airs. Easier to overlook a few pecks than 20 minutes of tonsil hockey. I guess I am so used to it that I have just learned to accept the fact that I am not going to see the full love story, especially if I am actually focusing on the real F1.

Does anybody here know the real story of why Jordan is estranged from his brother? In the HTD it sounded like the estrangement has been for the past 2 years. And it sounded like brother Luke is also estranged from Aaron?
