IMO no way producers will let that happen consistently, 2 MOT girls Metz & Nicky were allowed to leave. Kate was not allowed to leave & we know according to Storm she brought up HTD as not being feasible for her knowing it would be a deal breaker for Jordan to get her exit from the show.

I don't blame Jordan or the girls.....this is just a different season that Jordan wasn't into a lot of the girls & so many girls were not into him as well...all JMO.

please refresh my mind.. how many left on art's season?

I am not sure to understand.

Each franchise from as far as I started to watch, only less than 4 or 5 were truly interested to the lead. How different is it with Jordan's season?

I am referring to rumors heard by "the spinoff" that a lot of girls wanted to quit Jordan's season. So this is not a comparison by me with anyone's season just reporting what "the spinoff" said. At least we know of 3 girls, Metz, Nicky & Kate that said on camera they wanted to leave....maybe there were more....as always the truth will come out after the finale.

Good Post I agree

I think it just is what it is - a lead who doesn't want to be lead and is not that interested in any girls and some girls picked up on that.

I think 2 girls left art's season officially. Not sure to remember how many wanted but could not though.

I think it is normal to wish to quit if the girls came for the right reasons if she sees no possible romance with the bachelor. It would be crazy to think that 22 girls would fall madly in love with the bachelor!!!!

Once they saw no connection is one thing, but i think the major deception were the low budget, no trip to europe, or africa or hot tropical bora bora ...... just plain NZ and Australia where everyone probably already visited... or they stayed in a mansion with a tiny swimming pool in a freezing temperature

honestly......................... who would like to stay really????

@AllAboutLove sums it up really.@mercieme I must follow up on that podcast a consistent theme is how the girls say they are friends sounds as if overall they were very supportive of one another. @HEA tots agree Katie does not seem truly invested in Jordan.
Lost of comments on SM saying that Jordan is a 'control freak'. Not sure exactly what they mean.

Ceri pratically told him that she was a done deal at the piano 1on1... so saying that he is too old etc AFTER her rejection... really?

Storm kept saying that she needed time and was pouting all the time when she did not have enough attention. What was she expecting really to introduce her parents, to have 12 single dates? She knew beforehand how the season would play. If she was not confortable with this speed dating, then nobody asked her to participate... unless she did not expect the lead to be interested in her and she came for the glitter and the travel???

Rebecca was a prod/edit set up. plain and simple. I also believe jordan was also played by them. He was never into her. She has rights to be upset if the reasons were her thesis. But she never had a chance IMO

wow where does it come from?

The whole franchise is about a guy in a middle of a harem, asking them to line up and publicly reject them... this has nothing to do with Jordan.

I understand people may be disturbed with this show but them I hope they hate ALL the shows of the same franchise because from my perspective having sex with 2 or 3 girls at the end on the other international franchises is way way worse.

just my 2 cennes as usual

Good Post I agree Great post. If I had time I could probably add a lot to this but the one thing I will add is that Storm, the girl that kissed him at the RC knowing it was disrespectful to the other ladies, all the sudden didn't have feelings for him after he had a great SD with somebody else? I don't buy it for one second.. I also don't care for all the hating they are doing on Jordon. I don't see any reason to speak badly about somebody once you figure out they didn't want you or wasn't into you. Heck, I don't speak badly of my ex husband and never have.. It's just not the right and politely grown up thing to do..IMHO!!

@HEA just wanted to clarify my comment about Naz there is a clip of Naz bailing up Ceri, Naz is with Claudia and Ceri walks away. I made a complaint to the TV3 Network and producers of Bach NZ re the situation given that Ceri was visibly upset. I queried why that interaction was allowed to occur, why was there no support for Ceri. I personally was very upset Naz would not back down even when she saw Ceri's body language. It was in that moment I felt some affinity towards Ceri despite being a beautiful young woman she had not really come across my radar.
It is my personal interpretation having been a victim myself.

@Karina

when someone decides to go public, this person will not always receive roses. She will be analyzed, criticized. She must have a tough skin to be able to accept that she will probably receive mean comments on SM.

Ceri decided to participate. If she thought it was going to be a nice happy boot camp where everyone is happy and lovely with her, then she should never have participated. Everyone, no matter the situation and place will find people that do not like them.

If she did not like Jordan, why not leaving immediately? Some other girl who went for the right reasons may have been rejected at her place.

Being assaulted, violated physically and/or emotionally is horrible. There is no excuse. But if the person feels too sensitive to accept arguments, especially if she watch last season, she knows that cat fights will come up, then she should have stayed home or never participate.

For me, Ceri lost my respect when she is trashing now Jordan when we saw her completely smitten with him. And no matter what the edits can do, nobody put the words or actions on her but herself. I never saw Jordan misleading her. Heck she was literally begging him to have a single date or time with him so "she could catch up with him like the other girls".

Because she was a victim does not put her on a pedestal and she is no angel. I am very very sorry that she was violated but it has nothing to do with the show or a woman (naz) defending loudly her friend. She could have responded but she cried and went away. her choice.

If everyone need to be all sweet and roses because of her past, she should stick with her friends and family. not participate on a national TV show where half of the population will ate her alive.

Truth is, I have a hard time understanding why Jordan is a terrible person when we know for a fact that he had little choices in the matter.

Do you really think he has chosen to pick the 3 girls who are afraid of height purposely to frighten them??? The girls wrote that down on their application form and OF COURSE producers decided it would make good TV to have 3 girls screaming bloody murder shaking in their boots on top of a hill. Lets remember that in order to do such activity, production needs to get city approval, rent the company and the experts guys etc.

Again my question is this:

if i meet a guy, find him reasonably attractive, do not know him at all. But with time, I decide that he is not my cup of tea

1. will I continue to see him and become more and more unhappy
3. decide to stop seeing him and move on

guess if all those girls did find jordan such a terrible ugly nasty mean rude person to be around... they signed a contract and all they had to do is to wait their turn to leave. BIG FREAKING DEAL. No need to trash Jordan. totally unnecessary and very childish to gain public attention IMO

Thanks @HEA I really appreciate and respect your opinion.PINKHEART

I thought it may be interesting to share what some of the general public are saying on SM. These posts are from a FB NZ Herald post 'Then there was Five' about Storms exit.

I don't watch the batchelor but was convinced otherwise by my daughter. I agree with Storm in this case. She has only had two dates with the guy, preparing her family for a meeting with him was inappropriate. He didn't spend enough time with her, finding out who she is. I value her beliefs. Lovely girl and she'll find an amazing guy.

Mary McLean Naz hopefully will go She is so false Big nose to

Shirley Bisschoff He's chucked both Ceri and Storm, who I thought would be in the top 3. Guessing he'll end up with Naz, watch the show and realise he's made a bit of a blunder. He seems to be making some really silly decisions based on things that frankly are none of his business at this point.

Audrey Holyoake This is a competition with a boobie prize! He's a mediocre actor in NZ....this is airtime for him....he's too self centred for a relationship.

Stefan Smith I don't think he's looking for a match. He's just playing on the side of the producer just watching the girls compete and scoring points

Patricia Hammond Sorry to see you go Storm. Thought you would be there till the end.

Roger Doran Sorry but he's a loser who would go for him?

Just a few but gives the general idea. handwave
