Not to mention, the next season hasn't even started airing. At this point, Whitney + Farmer Forevah last year this time. Whatever, wake me up when Mindy Weiss pens them in. I'm so cynical

All the quotes from Lauren are from March though - about not having specifics, etc. They don't have anything directly from her that's current. The only new info they print is that Lauren and Ben will have a televised wedding, likey soon, and maybe this summer. It's from US Weekly, so I tend to give it a little more credibility than other tabs that I'd write off as total garbage. I think a summer wedding really goes against the grain for when the show airs these things, but it's also possible they could tie it into BIP in August during one of those Sunday deadspace slots that an extra long BIP epi or BIP Live would otherwise fill. I don't know. I guess we will see what happens.

According to the article I think they said it would be an ABC special. That leads me to believe that it will be a full wedding on it's own and not tied to anything else. But of course that is IMO and we will have to wait and see. But they did say that Ben and Lauren already know that it will be on TV but no specific date yet.

Yeah, I don't put much faith in that. 
Does ABC even have a solidified summer schedule yet? Things get canceled etc. And it was not an ABC source. 
To me it was pffft.

I hope she is planning the wedding, give her something to do besides sit at home decorating and waiting for Benny to make it home. She seems to not have many other interests beyond concerts, Ben and basketball. Denver is lacking in the beaches she likes. 

Good for them if they get a wedding and special.

She's probably like a highly paid specialist hospitals need to keep on retainer jussssst in case she needs to talk Benji down from the ledge like his mommy warned us about. So she can't exactly run off and do anything but be available for emergency therapy of her man.

Umm. I believe she's still employed for AlaskaAir and also she did some promotion for them this weekend if I'm not mistaken. Maybe she's busy keeping her self relevant at AlaskaAir IMO.
I agreed it would be quite enjoyable to see their wedding. Shoot, I watch Jade and hardly knew about her.

She's been featured in quite a few AlaskaAir things. The cooking competition, their magazine, they've tweeted about her a bit and IG too. They seem to be happy with her as their employer.

Betcha the next two to couple up after this season will beat BenLo to the punch when it comes to selling themselves via promoting products through SM. That promotion will be in no time flat imo.

Ben already started with those pool loungers while they were in Vegas.

But anyway, I'll believe a summer wedding from this franchise when I see it. They have always stuck with winter weddings (Fake Marcus and Lacy "wedding" doesn't count) so I see no reason for ABC to change their tune now. And they probably have no idea what's going to fill programming spots in December-February so it will be awhile before anything concrete comes out. That's if they are still together at that point. All JMO
