Ben Higgins - Lauren Bushnell - Bachelor 20 - Discussion

According to the comments on the @benandlaurenupdates on IG, ET showed a 5 second preview clip of Lauren crying in a car (like videod through a windshield) crying. Ben looks upset too, apparently. They plan on making a story out of it for tomorrow. Apparently Lauren is wearing the Cubs hat, so probably from today? Or maybe from Saturday and the cooking class day cause she was also wearing the Cubs hat that day?

I don't know. You guys, all couples fight and have moments. They are entitled. It could have been over anything, and it doesn't mean they are on the verge of breaking up. I think it's really, really crappy that someone caught that clearly very private moment on video and sent it to ET. Makes me sad for them.

^^^This reminds me of when they caught Des and Chris looking serious (no she was not crying) at lunch on their way up to Seattle. People started assuming they were fighting over Brooks.

haha, I like how you view things.

How these couples are viewed is very unrealistic. They are human and will have emotions the same way we do. They are going to love, laugh, smile, yell, cry...etc,. Are they not allowed? What make them any different than us is because of the public figure image.

If I like a couple, I will support them by wishing them positive vibes.

Media has nothing bad to report on them so they are probably making things up. Shame.

This is too funny. The fans on IG are crapping themselves and here are Ben and the Bushnells calmly eating dinner and watching Bball.

Just as per Shawn quoted on his tweet to Ben and Lauren. get ready with a lot of break up rumors. **edited** 

I'm not saying this is a big deal - could be about anything, and crying doesn't even mean they are fighting. She could have broken a nail down to the quick, which hurts and has made me cry before! BUT...

If it is fighting and there was crying, that seems more dramatic than your typical lovers spat. Especially this soon into the 'real relationship'. I know we only see 1 (or 2, at best) dimensions of these people on the show, but what we've seen of Lauren has shown her to be cool and collected. If anything, Ben is the emotional wreck!

It's just so silly to assume because someone appears upset that's it's #1 about their relationship or #2 that's it's the end of them. People get upset about all sorts of things that they have every right too. I know when you sign on to reality tv you get the good with the bad, but it's sad you can't even have a private moment in a car without people wanting to capture you in that moment. Must make you want to be "on" all the time and that's what I've liked about Ben and Lauren is that I never felt they were "on".

Three constant weeks in each other's company, a few tears is not a big deal. I actually cry more when I am angry, so it could have been finally getting annoyed at the constant cameras. Since they are comfy watching the game tonight whatever it was has passed.

Has ET become more of a gossip thing? I haven't watched in forever, it used to be more entertainment news.

As for a private moment, unfortunately the more you court the media and post on SM the more you lose those private moments.

I'm definitely looking forward to seeing this video. I'm such a drama queen .
