Ha!! So true. Sleeping in for me went from 10 am to 6 am after baby.

I have enjoyed watching Ben and Lauren all season. The family support on stage at the ATFR was so special. I think they look super happy and in love. I feel way better about them than so many past couples and think it is fortunate that they get to move forward pretty much scandal free and no DWTS distraction.

Based on what I saw at ATFR, everyone has moved on and looks super happy albeit tired. I honestly have never seen Jo Jo more giddy with joy. She was beaming. And Lauren is doing fantastic taking interview questions. I think Ben looks totally ready to pass on the torch.

This also shows how much was edited out of the show for them.  They have a character they were edited to but this is the real Lauren.  I just hopes she moves to Denver and we will see from there.  Only time will tell but I don't get any bad feelings from them.  I think they are tired as GMA host said, she was in bed when she watched them on live TV and then they were in NYC this AM.

But their minor complaints about the other were only because they were asked. Seemed very normal issues and they have both agreed not a big deal. They weren't just complaining to complain they were answering questions. I would question it more if they said absolutely nothing!

I feel better about them than I did Andi and Josh or Chris and Whitney.  but who really knows.

ITA, I think they have a chance. They came of so normal, I really like that. And the family coming at the end was my favorite part, that is a great support system if I ever seen one. Time will tell, but I think they will make it, especially since she is moving to Denver right away. Remember when Des announced AFRC that she was moving to Seattle, people were shocked, but it worked out so well for them.
One thing has been a constant recipe for success for the bach is moving in together right away, and away from the fame. JMO

Yes, my thoughts exactly. I have posted before that I see similarities with my all time favorite couple Des & Chris as I do with Ben & Lauren. I think both Des and Ben followed the rules to a T and both were beyond emotionally exhausted by the end. Fortunately, each of them had their "person" by their side from the start.

I am hopeful for a similar outcome. It would be wonderful for Des to design Lauren's dress!!

Isn't there an article saying she is a party girl who drinks often. I know rag mags sometimes make story up, but I  always sense Lauren is just playing a sweet girl role, so it's easy to see the correlation.

I love that Lauren is not the jealous needy type. She's confident , poised and well spoken. They're going to make it. I have no problem with a short engagement. When you know you know .

She hasn't once pretended to be a sweet girl, that's what people around her say she is. She's never pretended not to drink. She's actually never said any specific characteristics about herself.

Moving so soon to Denver and Ben not doing dwts is a no brainer that they're solid right now jmo. If it were the opposite Ben would want his 15 minutes of fame to keep going on dwts and Lauren wouldn't be moving to Denver so quickly. Seems like both of them want this to work out. It doesn't seem one sided like how past couples have been. It's been 4 months so if they really wanted to break up they could've. I also think Lauren's whole family wouldn't have been at ATFR if things were rocky.

I got married at 28 and was what many would consider a party girl in college and my twenties. I went out at least 3-4 nights a week, slept in and had a ball. Now nearly 22 years of marriage later, i have two very well adjusted teenagers, am self employed and volunteered about 300 hours this past year with a non profit.

So I don't understand what is the big deal with Lauren or any contestant being a party girl when they are single and have no children waiting at home?

^ Their families wouldn't be onstage hugging each other like they've known each other all their lives if things were rocky, IMO.

So true Cila. Ben alluded to being in the bubble and happy he's out of it. He's even back at work vs looking for another gig. If the likes of Des and Chris, Trista and Ryan, Kaitlyn and Shawn share their advice about how to handle things post show , all the better. Between just those three experiences , they'd gain a wealth of knowledge for something even more solid than it is now. Add in the rest of the couples from this show? A rock solid chance to make it .

I found Ben's comment at end of AFR about having 10 more minutes to be "relevant" to be telling. I think he is so over all the scrutiny and being in the media and can't wait to get back to
Denver and settle into real life with Lauren. I don't see him as having any interest in extending his 15 minutes of fame. Will bode well for the couple IMO if after the required media rounds, they get back to Denver and real life.

From what we've seen it really does seem that Lauren and Ben are going to stay as low key as possible after the show and try to have a normal life which I love! I agree with Kelly when she said that they probably could have met without the show. They just seem like they both want the same things after the show, normalcy. Lauren wants to grocery shop with Ben. People may view them as boring or basic, but I personally see them as being a very solid real life couple. For some people, a simple life is all they need. I think Ben has wanted this for awhile after watching all his friends lead married lives.
