The Bachelor 20 - Ben Higgins - MTP -LCD - FRC - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

The tears are surprising to me because it's been inferred here that she's been in the know that she's the one all along and Ben was playing along with TPTB? Wouldn't this suggest that is not the case? It appears that she had many of the same doubts and fears that JoJo exhibited at this time.

We all are entitled to our opinions on the board...good and bad. Remember not everyone is going to like Lauren and not everyone is going to like JoJo. It will be okay. Again, repeat these words. It's just a TV show.

Where has it been inferred that she's been in the know all along? Or that Ben was playing along ?

there is an article posted in the media thread I think (and here is the link http://www.pamplinmedia.com/lor/48-news/297224-174069-lauren-b-reflects-on-the-bachelor ) where she explains she was confident, not questioning too much until that final week when it really hit her.

Even in that moment she says she was cognizant that he might have similar feelings for another contestant. She says she understands how he fell in love with two women, even if she wishes it had been only her.

“Up until the actual moment when I found out, I had no idea if he was going to propose,” she says. “The producers keep (the final two women) separate from one another, which is good, and it allowed me to focus on my relationship and not think about JoJo. I tried to be realistic about the whole process and I didn’t think it was farfetched for him to love both of us.”

Bushnell says she didn’t learn every detail about Higgins’ conflicted feelings until watching Episode 9 with the rest of America, when Higgins told both women he loved them. She says while it was hard to watch, she understands how it could happen.

“He had told me he loved me, but to me that didn’t mean it was me at the end,” she says. “He’s taking a lot of heat for it right now, but that’s how the show is set up. I could see how it would happen.”

i think she did know all the details. she just couldn't say so because it would give away that she won and that they had that discussion.

Well it's not like she can say that Ben warned her .
