Well people aren't interchangeable, so unless you have proof it's nothing but assumptions. I've been keeping an eye on the figures out of general interest and I haven't seen any big jumps.

I believe whoever is going to be the 'Ette has been chosen already. If TPTB are filming multiple women it could simply be a case of trying to confuse the public. TAR has done this for seasons.

So Cailia still misses Ben and a part of her still loves him. Yet in a few days she'll somehow have magically moved on to try and find love again as Bachelorette!? Well ok then. Maybe her ex will come back & make an appearance.

Nick was on AfterBuzz yesterday. He seemed confident production leaks information about the show to US Weekly and E Online.  For that reason he thinks Caila will be the next Bachelorette. None of the panel want Caila.  They think she isn't sincere and just says what production wants her to say. Nick also said his gut tells him the next Bachelorette will be JoJo

Basically, he thinks that US isn't going to release Caila as the bachelorette unless they got info from the higher ups at ABC. Therefore, either she's the bachelorette or it was leaked only to test the waters for viewer reaction...which they all agreed wasn't good. He said he thinks that Jojo is the only one who can carry the show, as she has the sex appeal, and Caila doesn't appear genuine. Therefore, his gut is that it's Jojo.
