So the friend's comment was fine until the poser brought attention to it and both were deleted and poser blocked. Ben's friend was not blocked. By the way, that Matthias guy looks like he loves a good time and won't give a S#!T

The poster was a crazy person with their rant. I don't think this friend cares, he really didn't spoil anything with his comment, unless you sleuth. IMO it means everything though. Why would Ben's good friend post comments on Lauren's IG if Ben had dumped her? Wouldn't that be really cruel?

Yeah, Matthias (Ben's friend) isn't following Lauren anymore.
It proves she's F1 easily though I mean why else is Ben's friend going to be looking at her posts from 37 weeks ago?
