I just checked out all the sc's again...and yes, there could be those flowers in the background. That first & second ILY could be to Lauren.
Also, did you see the sc of Ben looking over his porch (looking stressed?) That's the same day as his FD with Jojo (aquamarine shirt). He could've woken up with Lauren, told her he loved her (one day(on couch)- day 1 of their date and saying again the morning after). Or, he could let Caila go that day, after Lauren's date, (before his date with Jojo). He changes for his date with Jojo still looking angsty (even a word) and upset after letting Caila go, but of course, looking forward to Lauren. He could say, "I told two girls I love them this week... and I let one of them go because I just knew it wasn't right." This could be where he says he made a big mistake to tell Caila he loved her (probably in FS). He may have said he loved her as a person and she got confused and he confirms, "I do love you"..."as a friend, as a person". I don't know where green v-neck tshirt in garden terrace fits in. Then, at RC, he tells Lauren & Jojo he let Caila go. --- Why not wait until RC? Why grow a conscious with Caila before RC (I just couldn't keep you feeling that we had a future a minute longer), but have a FRC with his F2...continuing the charade of letting her get all glammed up and hoping she could be the one.

Do we know the colour of the morning after shirt with JoJo?

Yea I think after Lauren's date he goes in the same shirt to let go of Caila. He looks upset when he's saying "i do love you" almost like its a response to something negative.

mmmmmm but why the green t-shirt breakdown.... unless as I mentioned when we first got the preview, they coloured the green t-shirt to this very odd blue (almost looks not-plain if that makes sense) to throw us off?

I was going to try a screen cap post, but I can't figure out how to host images! If someone pm's me, I'm happy to try. I'm also including links.

Not sure if this is already sluethed, but Ben and Lauren seem to be staying at the Royal Plantation in the Villa Plantana. This seems to match the cap of them in bed the morning after - bed looks to match as well as pictures. http://www.sandals.com/main/plantation/rp-accommodations/

There are also pics of the outside space of the suite (which is really nice!), and there is an area by the pool with flowers that I think matches the "I do love you" flowers.

Anyway, based on him wearing the same shirt and there being an area that could match both the ocean background and the flower background, I think the "I do love you" is to Lauren. No idea about the other ILU yet.

What if Caila interrupted Ben an Lauren's private time and thus what happens in the FS won't stay in the FS? Would account for the unromantic statement and ily to one with the same flowers as Lauren's place . She might come back after being let go for another validation and confrontation . Crazy ?

IIRC, Lauren's FD was filmed last. So, maybe he told her about telling another girl ILY, and said "I do love you" and maybe followed up with "and thats why I wanted to be honest with you."

Or, if the "I do love you" is not to Lauren, perhaps he could have said "This is really hard for me, because I do love you" and then breaks up with her.

I don't know how I would handle Caila actually interrupting a FSD with another girl. It's not like just showing up at Ben's room, it's showing up at the actual FS he is in with another girl. If that happens I will:

1. Laugh so hard I will choke
2. Laugh some more about Caila actually doing that for TPTB
3. Laugh even harder when it backfires
4. Not be able to watch her season with even an ounce of seriousness

Per our filming schedule Lauren's was second JoJos was Third.
