I do believe he's kissing JoJo on the street in Chicago- where they went when filming in Ben's hometown.

I think this is from the baseball date in Wrigley. See it says Chicago View. Looks like the "EL" in the backdrop. JoJo is wearing same clothes as baseball date?

The helicopter is from JoJo's and Ben's Vegas date.

Also Ben's wearing a collared shirt with his parents but yes that t-shirt does appear to be the same colour. On my screen it looks charcoal rather than navy but yes I think it could also be navy.

Ben isn't wearing the same shirt when talking to his parents and saying "I love you". One has a collar, the other doesn't.

The shirts are not the same color. The one with parents is more blue and the one with "I love you" girl is more grey.
