There is no doubt that this show has been a mess this year. If none of these couples stay together long term I think this show will lose many viewers. Nobody wants a show where the producers make us believe what is written in a script.

No. I do not have an inside source that was literally present in their marriage. Absolutely, if you have access to such a source, I would consider such information. Like I said, there are 2 sides to every story. I'm not blindly throwing allegiance to either, man or woman. IMO there isn't anyone that is completely "right".

I have pulled David T. Norton's court document, LinkedIn profile, Whitepage National Search, Family Tree. I have found all to be an exact match with each other in Name and DOB. LinkedIn listed David employed in that very area at the time of arrest. LinkedIn also lists him as then employed in NY. The court record lists that NY area as his place of residence at time when case was closed. The record reflects: Case Title State Of Arizona Vs Norton D
001 Misdemeanor Count Of Criminal Damage + 1 more

The record is interesting and reveals noncompliance which resulted in more court actions.

Personally it doesn't sit well with me to have anyone on the show that has an arrest record, especially a record with a court order for DV classes and Psychological Counseling.

There are a lot of comments on this as you can see. Now we don't know if any of this is true but this person supposedly knows about Ashley and we will know if we see Ashley storm off at the end. That is if they show her doing so.

I have some info to share. Not going to share my source.

Here goes: David and Ashley were friendly and were coordinating tweets until she began to get bombarded with SM hate and began to resent David. They were talking and even explaining things to each other that aired that the other one was not privy too. David wanted to remain friends and handle the way things played out positively and as a united front. Ashley was agreeable to this until David got all the viewers love and she didn't.

Ashley went on the show to make her ex jealous and it worked. They are back together. Their relationship ended 6 months before the wedding because Ashley wanted to get married and the ex apparently didn't.

Ashley thought the facebook message would turn the tide to her. When that didn't her camp decided to go for the jugglar. Even though the info about David being shady has been out there, the level of interest and digging has really hit the fan. It is not a coincedence that all of this is coming out about specific information regarding David's alleged past after the season 2 girls have been involved.

Ashley Houser and Ashley's roommate are the only people that David ever got to speak to after the wedding. They came to the house for about 10 minutes. Ashley's parents were in town during the 6 weeks and Ashley went to dinner with them but never informed David. None of the horrible things being said about David are because of the marriage, but all about trying to improve Ashley's public image. David is considering a defamation lawsuit but does not want to harm the show especially after the debacle that was season 2. Ashley's family and friends are the ones who created the anonymous twitter accounts bashing David.

Dr. Pepper talked to Ashley about her never wearing her wedding ring in public. Her defense was that her classmates didn't know she was married. Ashley never wore her wedding ring off camera. (My thoughts: she didn't wear in her diary cams she shot at her home nor the interview with Jamie for unfiltered). Dr. Logan addressed Ashley always being on her cell phone.

At the wedding venue, there is a bathroom close to where ashley walked down the aisle. Prior to her walking down the aisle, nobody was suppose to be there but one of the guests did. Ashley cursed what the f&$% are you doing here. (My thoughts: Doesn't exactly go with image she portrays).

Ashley didn't quit her job. She lost her job because the father to the child she was sitting lost his job.

Decision day has a twist for both Sam/Neil (emotional) and David/Ashley. The reunion show will be very different because Ashley refused to attend. Supposedly she didn't want to face David because she knew he was going to go after her for all of the crap she has pulled. Therefore, instead of having all 3 couples interviewed together and on stage at same time, Dr. Pepper interviews David and Ashley each separately. They did not see each other. Dr. Pepper did call her out on some of this and she stormed off the set but came back. The info Olivia gave out will be found to be untrue.

It was not released to a media outlet, it was copied by a gossip site. There is a huge difference. When a website writes 'who knows' has a concluding sentence then they definitely don't know anything. :cutesmile!:

I get that. This link provides the first in-print/online article pertaining to this issue. Again, in my judgement I felt it was noteworthy.
No argument, still learning the nuances of this forum. I have read through the entire forum. I didn't consider providing this post as "nonsense". Is this topic "closed"?

Hi. New here, but the discussion of David's possible arrest record got me interested enough to post instead of just read. About 12 years ago, my brother in law was arrested and tried for domestic violence charges. He REFUSED to plead guilty (because he wasn't) and instead took his case to a jury. Had he pled guilty, it would have been to the charges similar to David's. He was advised by his attorney to plead guilty because people would "never" believe he wasn't guilty and the "best" thing was to plead guilty, pay a small fine, and attend domestic violence classes...simple and done.

A bit of background. My BIL is over 6 feet and runs around 200. His now ex-wife is tiny...around 5'2" and weighs maybe 100 pound soaking wet. She was a complete and utter nut case, as I personally witnessed over the years. She would extinguish her cigarettes ON my BIL's arm (yes, that's true). She was verbally abusive. She was psychotic as hell (a total nut job) and would turn on a dime from sweet and innocent to the most evil witch you can conjure up. I do believe she had mental health issues. It all came to a head one night when they had a verbal altercation, started by her (according to BIL) and he decided she was escalating and that the safest course of action was to leave the home. So he did. She JUMPED on his back to stop him from leaving. He "shrugged" her off, and she fell, breaking a bone in her arm (she has brittle bone disease). She said "give me a divorce and all the $$$ and the house or I will accuse you of domestic violence." He left. She had him arrested.

A jury deliberated for less than 10 minutes after hearing her testify, him testify and numerous witnesses to her abusive behavior over the years. The believed HIM not her. And, he was acquitted. But, there it is on his record that he was charged with domestic violence. Never before. Never since. Never. Yet, it haunts him even though he was found "not guilty." The only thing he was guilty of was having the bad sense to marry her. She was just completely wacky....for years. Thank goodness he didn't plead, or everyone would "assume" that he must have done something horrible to her. He didn't. I am no apologist for domestic violence offenders, but he WAS innocent!

Who knows what happened with David? Honestly, unless you were there, you don't know what happened or didn't happen with David. All I can tell you is that people DO make up claims of domestic violence.

I'm a relatively new poster on this site and I have to say I am not enjoying how the "posters" are starting to go after each other. Even those of you charged with regulating the tone and veracity of posts are guilty of such behavior. Frankly, half of the posts I'm reading I'm beginning to suspect are posted directly from Ashley and David- forget blaming info. leaked from their "camps", it sounds like it's coming from them, IMO. Regardless, some of us like David, some of us like Ashley, some, like me, find them both weird. Isn't that what this site is supposed to be about??

I am probably guilty of going after other posters. It just seems unfair to define David as a criminal without knowing the facts. Such allegation is enough to end ones career and life.. they are both not perfect.

TY - Just recently the decision was made to allow to post that sites link after several issues for over two years. Prior to that, it was not allowed. This is why I mentioned the information regarding the arrest was ALREADY posted here. If it becomes an issue again, I will simply not allow the link to be posted on our site. We all know, information is always taken from this site without giving us credit. That matters not to me, however what does matter, is that as a forum who must respect each other's opinions and hard work, we ALWAYS give each other credit for their contributions. That's what I was simply doing.

Going forward, if any one hasn't read the rules, I urge you to do so. Posts that I don't feel are following the rules, directly or indirectly will simply be deleted, that includes posting links/source of where your information is coming from. This forum will not allow information to be posted taken from anywhere without the source. We are here to discuss reality TV, we are NOT here to bash each other's opinions. Should that be anyone's style of posting, there are other sites that I'm sure can satisfy that need, it won't happen here. TY
