Ben's edit was based off his insecurity of being "unlovable". That isn't an underlying clue for anything IMO

@algold29 I had the same thought process. He's claiming the reason he doesn't need to read spoilers is because Ben is texting him everyday, so is his opinion on Ben and Becca not being a fit based on what Ben is telling him?

This season is whack.

Good point - it kind of makes me think Ben's actually texted Chris and been like "Becca's great, I just don't think she gets my sense of humor". *edit*

I don't think enough people read for him to try people off. And, I don't think he would say anything negative about Becca if she was F1, even if he was trying to mislead people.

Some very interesting tidbits here! First, that Ben is allowed to text while he is on the show?? And not just to family but friends?? Second, that Cupcake doesn't think Becca is a good fit for him

IMO, might as well scratch Becca off the list after that answer (although I disagree, I find Becca pretty funny). There is no secrecy or discretion any more on this show if it is true that Chris is basically getting a play by play from Ben. Suspect

also I feel like (no offense to Becca) that Cupcake probably has something against her if he's friends with Jared. I feel like he might know something or what cast members probably say behind closed doors so he doesn't think they are a match. JMO

I'm still surprised he gets to text a friend everyday. I thought a big part of the show was keeping TB isolated so he has to rely more on the producers and handlers for advice. Am I way off? Chris's answer just surprised me, even that he would tell something like that, I'm sure that was supposed to stay private if Ben is allowed to text.
