^^^  I think it's a wrong assumption that Ben has more power with the show than he has.

They love to have people come back and beg after they are rejected...its a recurring theme....pretty sure 2 girls did it last season, Kacie on Ben's season, reid on jillian...the list goes on.

Knowing this information, I would be absolutely surprised if Becca is anywhere near F1 and it will definitely make Ben look like he is faking it...

I can't believe this chick came on the show when the lead told her not to.. Wouldn't that be a slap in the face? The dude straight up told her "don't waste your existance" (pretty much ),and she still had the nerve. Wow. Yeah, whatever happens to Becca is most definitely on her. Good or bad. It's all on her. Ben obviously wanted no part of this and no part of her... I pity her TBH. Like..? Why would she do this?? She's selfishly putting him in harms way now too. Like, she obviously only thought about herself in this scenario. Crazy.

This definitely makes it seem like what ever Ben and Becca will have, will be put on strictly for the storylines sake.. at least on his end. I mean, something completely crazy could happen, and Ben actually does REALLY like her and genuinely wants her there and she makes it far because he actually likes her, blah blah...but this info makes it seem kind of extremely unlikely. He had the chance to speak with her and directly told her: "don't bother"...? It makes this storyline seem fake already. I know Ben signed up for this...but I still feel bad for the guy... He obviously tried everything in his power to avoid the returnee situation, but obviously couldn't. Well, I hope it works out for him in the end. In the best way possible. For Becca? I hope it works out for her too, but she should of known better...

Think about this scenario: 
You have a contract that states for the next two years you will have to fulfill certain duties. Then the people holding the contract enact it. You will be abide by the contract, is my guess.
This scenario has been played over and over again for past cast in various seasons.

That's definitely possible. I wouldn't be surprised if there were producers that were messing with Becca going "oh, Ben is just under a lot of stress and he's confused! He really likes you and just needs you to prove that you're serious about being in a committed relationship". Or, maybe, Ben wasn't as direct and straightforward about telling Becca not to come as RS made it out to be. I do think some kind of exchange definitely happened where Ben didn't want Becca (or Tenley) on the show and wanted to meet someone new, but I can also believe that there's more to the story that we don't know. I'll say, it'll be VERY interesting to see their dynamic.

I still feel embarrassed for Becca for coming on. I have to admit, even when I was a fan of Nick's, I still didn't want him to go on the show because I truly felt that if Kaitlyn saw forever with him, she would have turned down the show for him, like Chantal or Chris L.

RJ, do you know when Ben and Becca spoke about her coming on the show? And why/when they got into contact in the first place? Through Kaitlyn? Did they speak only a few times? Do you know the jist of what was said on both ends? Does her family know he told her not to waste her breath? Etc? And what about the Jared stuff? Geez. This is awkward and veryyyy messy...

I don't really believe that the "two year contract" has absolute control over the contestant. If it did, they could have forced people like Becca, Josh, and Andi to do BIP, when they obviously wanted them. They had to bring Lacey, a first night eliminee, for BIP because we heard that they couldn't get any good people to do it. Clare said on periscope she chose not to do After Paradise, although they had asked her. Heck, they could have forced Andi or Britt to go on Ben's season as a returnee, which would have been WAY more dramatic than Becca and Amber coming on.

Whenever a returnee has come up, it's been either by choice or they do it because they want to be the next lead (Ali, Jake, Ryan, etc). I really don't think they are contractually forced to do it.

I don't know what the contracts say concerning issues. I don't know TPTB motives behind wanting certain cast over others. My guess is ratings and/or storyline.
How do you know "they obviously wanted them?" What does this mean exactly? Are these facts or opinions? 
I imagine contracts do not jeopardize people's employment. 
When a red carpet event is expected or desired and flight and hotel are provided and certain cast are "invited" to attend, I think they attend. Probably most want to. 
What I can tell you is Graham did not want to attend the F4 RC, yet he flew back and did attend. His attire for said RC showed his disdain.
Deanna did not want to "stop by" and give Jason support/advise regarding his season, yet she did. 
These are a couple instances where the contract was enacted. I am sure there are more, similar to "timely placements" of breakups.

About a week and a half before filming.

The first time, she reached out to say "hi" and they chatted briefly.

Kaitlyn definitely talked to producers about Becca returning. She can deny it, but it's the truth. She put in some work. I have e-mails and other information that support that. I heard that Kaitlyn/Shawn asked Ben about his thoughts on Becca. I'm pretty sure that happened, but I can't confirm that. Ben and Becca talked a few times. I received e-mails saying that Ben "didn't think it would be the best idea for Becca to be on the show." Don't know to what degree he emphasized his thoughts. She REALLY wanted to meet him.

His reaction? I'm not sure. But Becca repeatedly said that she wanted to see if something could happen between the two of them.

RJ, so they didn't talk until early September? And the few times they communicated was during that span of a week and a half before filming? Did Ben tell Becca herself that it probably wouldn't be a good idea or someone else? Sorry for the onslaught of questions but these are some crazy developments!
