Not sure that this can be correct or read anything into it as hasn't someone somewhere on this forum already "guaranteed" that Michael is NOT F1....

there is nothing whatsoever guaranteed that michael is not F1.  
nothing has been out from producers or medias.
no sleuthing has proved that michael is not F1

in fact, pretty much the contrary because he is the ONLY ONE who has way more S/C versus richie and sasha.

so Michael has the equal chances as richie or sasha to be F1.
It is only a matter of favorites, nothing has been proved on anybody yet.

Yup. It was definitely set up for Sasha to kiss Sam.
Also set up for Michael and Sam to kiss with the little cards.

With Richie, I can see why Lisa said that while Sasha's kiss was more passionate, Sam's kiss with Richie was "just real".
Because Sam just went for it - no set up or cards/cues needed. And she kissed Richie while he was still talking    
Even Sam in PI said, "It only felt natural to go in for the kiss and I'm certainly very smitten".
And Osher even talked about Sam and Richie's kiss:
